I wouldn't say that it was great, as the two chaps who called to collect the 12 crates were pushy regarding the collection of the money. Perp, you should introduce a training session to your carriers so that they are more customer-friendly.

The company had good comms, were flexible and accommodating. They got my heavy and fragile item up to Scotland safely.

I had a very good experience with Shiply. I found a suitable transport provider very quickly at a reasonable price. The whole process was easy and convenient. I would definitely use Shiply again.

Made something I expected to be quite complicated really easy and straightforward. The bids coming in were good value and the carrier I selected in the end performed very efficiently as promised, accurate times with great comms and with no hitches at all. Will definitely use again, very impressed.

Excellent service provided by the courier company ‘Exact’ who were my choice from the numerous companies that the Shiply algorithm generated (at quotes from £63 from the small indies to £160 from the corporates). Clear comms from Exact and very prompt response to questions. The item, a chair covered in a delicate velvet fabric, was delivered in perfect condition from London to Manchester. £83 for the carriage + £6 insurance for cover to a value of £200.

Retaining my refund for reuse on the next order.

Easy to use. Does what it says

I used Shipley (first time user) to return a bathroom vanity unit. I found the process easy, I messaged back and forth with the driver to clarify a couple of points which was really helpful. I had a call from the driver 20 minutes prior collection from my home address and the delivery was made just as arranged. No issues, great service!
