I have bought 2 rings from Shining Diamonds - an engagement and a wedding ring. On both occasions I needed the ring to meet certain requirements and be delivered by a certain date and Tara helped at every step along the way. First class product and service!

I had a nice experience buying diamond earings at the Shinning Diamonds in London. I found the small hoops for everyday wear I was looking for. Tara at the shop was very welcoming and polite . She gave me genuine advise in choosing diamond set in gold vs silver and was patient as I tried on the jewellery. A good thing was they had same design in both colors.
The earings are pretty and comfortable.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee from Shining Diamonds. Their products and prices are fantastic and their location in the 'jewellery quarter' in Brighton is perfect. I was totally unsure of what to buy my fiancee but they made the process easy and flawless. She loves the ring and the service given was great. The resizing of the ring both on the day and then a couple of weeks later only took a few hours using their on site workshop which was ideal. Staff were personable and really helpful and helped make our engagement perfect 👌

I Purchased an eternity ring from shining diamonds. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received.

All people are extremely helpful at the shining diamonds store however the after care has been below sub standard.

An engagement ring I bought for my fiance was damaged, remade by the store itself and then damaged again. They want me to send the ring in for repairs but I now do not trust the quality of their workshop repairs.

I believe they have the responsibility to pay for the repairs which they are refusing to do. I’d steer clear of this company if I were you.

I can’t thank Joby enough for helping me and my partner pick the perfect engagement ring. We stopped outside the Brighton shop and instantly fell in love with a ring. Joby was so knowledgable and took us both through all the fine details of diamonds and the ring we loved. He was really kind and gave us time to think it through thoroughly and we returned the next day and picked the ring up. I’m over the moon with my engagement ring and feel very well looked after by Joby. We will be returning for our wedding rings. Thank you Joby.

I was out side the Shining Diamonds Store looking at the qjewellery and Clarice came out to check if she could assist me. I made it clear that I was not sure and on a tight budget, she said it was not a problem.
Clarice was careful to listens to me, made me feel comfortable and showed me options along with her in-depth knowledge of the diamonds and Lab diamonds.
I was impressed with her diligent search to keep within my budget and I was able to select a Lab diamond ring. I wore the ring to a family pre Christmas family meal and I received lots of wow compliments regarding my Shining Diamonds purchase.
