First of all, Erica was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She also referred me to a trainer for more detailed work. In addition, it was awesome speaking with an American verses someone overseas. I wish quickbooks would do the same.

Not sure who I talked to today when I called and needed help but he was soo kind and made it very easy for me to figure out what I needed to do next.

I had an issue with my QB's not being PCI compliant, I was assisted by Rachel Taylor, she was very pleasant to speak to and accommodating, I was unsure of the process and she was very patient and informative. Told me what I needed to do, sent her a follow up email and now I'm compliant. Thank you for the assistance Rachel. Very helpful.

Devon Ellis was very informative and understood my questions and concerns. Seems like overkill to me but at least it was pleasant due to Mr. Ellis.

Gaige was very informative and friendly. He was able to answer my questions with ease and assisted to make the process quick and easy.

I spoke with Gaige Carpenter on 5/2/25 and he was very patient explaining things, sometimes more than once, to make sure I understood what I needed to do to renew my PCI DSS compliance.

Super professional and knowledgable. Helped me get PCI compliant and understand what it takes. They were also patient and helpful.

Phone call followed by heavy sugary sales technique and a quote of £220 to tick a box for renewal of PCI compliance, because some mumbo jumbo had to be checked. Sorry I don't trust this company anymore and I am certainly not going to pay a penny more to them.

These guys sent us scam emails concerning an authorize.net account we closed over a year ago.

Aggressive email sales tactics

Very aggressive sales tactics. They represent themselves as an extension of Intuit and they say it is required to notify them. This is not accurate.

Calls and emails constantly claiming to be contacting me on behalf of intuit and that I'm required to sign up with them for pci compliance. When I inquired with intuit, intuit says it is not a requirement for my business and if that changes intuit will contact me directly. I've relayed this to security metrics to have it ignored and continued attempts at sale.

As a business owner, I encounter and interact with multiple support staff and vendors all day all months of the year. My experience today with Brian tops the Bar. From the beginning to the end, Brian showed exceptional professionalism, consideration, and support in resolving all the issues I brought up. He is my hero. I am very grateful to Brian and Security metrics is very lucky to have him as a team member. Thank you, Brian!!!

Very expensive for the service they give. Would not recommend

QuickBooks (Intuit) sent an email saying that as a part of intuit Terms of Service, it is now required that our business is PCI Compliant. The SecurityMetrics link failed, we were not able to create an account with them, and they do not answer the phone number given for support. Security my kiester. These guys can't handle the traffic & clearly are not up to the job. What a joke.
