We are a small company and we do not have an internal IT department. We also do not sell anything online through a shopping cart or keep any client bank or charge card information on file because we use QuickBooks, and we do everything through their platform. With new compliance criteria, I called SecurityMetrics to ask some clarifying questions. I spoke with Jesse Gunnoe and he took such great care of me. He was calm, reassuring, customer-focused, and he navigated my questions and needs for adjustment with ease. Thank you, Jesse, for such a fantastic experience!

These people are scammers sending emails as if they have an affiliation with Quickbooks. Do not fall for it. Do not click on any links either. The link indicates it will take you to a page on Quickbooks' site but it will actually take you to a page on theirs. Set up a filter to block everything from their scummy domain.

Shane Heath from SecurityMetrics was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and clearing up confusion as I muddled my way through the PCI processes.
