I am so in love with this product
I am so in love with this product. I received them today & they r amazing unfortunately i ordered the wrong color for me. One of my coworkers put it on it matched her hair perfectly. I loved it on her hair. These Extentions blend so well with the natural hair. i ordered two more again & hopefully this time I get a color that matches my hair. They feel and look like real hair. i must say excellent product.

Purchase experience was easy - I am grateful for the free shipping code for Cyber Monday! Of course, I was snagged for the "deluxe" set, fo sorts, at checkout but that's okay! Love my Secret Extensions!
My Secret Extensions arrived today and I am so jazzed with my purchase! The color is an almost perfect match and the hair is beautiful. My own hair is very fine and not so long so I'll have my stylist cut and layer the extensions so it looks like my own hair--just so much more thick and lush!

I am very disappointed with my order …
I am very disappointed with my order process. I was sent a coupon for $5.00 discount but there was NOWHERE on the order form to apply a coupon code. Then I called to get the issue rectified and was told it takes them 48 hours to see my order so I have to call back then! By then my order will have been processed. How can you offer a coupon code with no place to apply it on the order form??? This is fraud

The bangs offer shouldn't be an after thought. I believe I lost my 3-5 shipping because I added the bangs after I checked out. I couldn't find a way to go back.

I love this product. I’m buying them for a long time. I still wish they had the lesser volume ones though. The first set of the thinner volume was better for me but I still love them. If there are still thinner ones available I would like to buy them
