My mother bought me halo, thinking it would give me a boost as I have lost patches of my hair.
Poor quality wire, no instruction on how to fit and secure or even style.
You can handle the hair but the minute you take tag off is called unhygienic????
We want our £130 pounds back but they are ignoring us!!!!

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered back in November, waited 2 months for the wrong product and have been waiting since then for a replacement. They responded at first letting me know the product was back ordered but after several follow up emails on my part, they blocked my email. It's been 6 months and I've yet to receive the product I paid for.

i ordered my extension on 2/18. Still haven't received them. No response to emails. If they are on back-order fine just respond!!

I've placed my order ages ago I still haven't gotten it. The customer number is fake and they never email bad. I can't see the status of my order it says wait 24-48 hours. I ordered 1 week ago

The hair is soft and lovely, blends unbelievably well. The headband is incredibly comfortable and actually makes hair easier to style than without it. Thick, shiny, bouncy hair. Could not look anymore natural.

It’s been 10 days and my order hasn’t even been shipped yet! It’s not worth waiting a month to get .... and if you are experiencing high volume of orders then you need to tell your customers. This is redilous, bigger companies can get my stuff 2 me in less then 10 days, while you guys can’t even tell when it will be shipped after the 10 days! I want to know when it’s coming and how long it takes to get to me. If I had known I’d take this long I would of just payed more and bought nicer extension. This is just absolutely absurd that it’s taking this long!

So far my experience has been very positive. Look forward to getting the extensions and wearing them.

This review is based solely on customer service as I have not received my order and had to cancel. I ordered the hair February 15 also included expedited shipping. I got an email confirmation stating my order was ready and will be on it’s way soon. After two weeks I sent an email asking about my order, never received a response. I finally called customer service who advised the hair was on backorder due to popular demand. I asked her when it would be ready, she had no idea. All she could provide was possible 2-3 weeks. I told her to cancel my order as I needed the hair for an upcoming vacation and being as late as it was I needed to get extensions else where. I feel this issue could have been resolved quickly had they only sent an email stating the order was on backorder instead of an email saying the order was on its way. In my opinion this is a terrible way to do business.

I initially used this product when my hair started thinning due to health issues. I knew my hair would take a while to grow back and I bought these on a whim. I loved them as soon as they arrived and have pretty much worn them for months. I've just put my second order in and just love them so much. Would absolutely recommend!

It’s a gift to my wife and she loves it. It adds the volume to her hair and makes her more prettier. It’s amazing product!

Ordered the product on January 5th. Paid for expedited shipping. Emailed them on January 12th with no response by January 16. Called them and they have not even processed the order due to "lack of available product." They did say they would waive the expedited shipping fee and still do expedited shipping. But they have no estimate as to ship date---saying it could be 4 weeks before they even process my order. This company is obviously ordering product when they get enough orders to avoid stocking their product. Very poor service and business model. I am going to shop around and probably call back and cancel my order!

I love this product, the color match is excellent, but the extensions get all tangle after a few wearings, I had to buy a new set

I ordered my item and was told it would ship in 2 days....mind you that was 5 days ago and I paid the $9.99 to have my item in 3-5 days. Here we are 5 days later and nothing! I called and was told they didn't know when it would ship! What happened to the 2 days they originally stated bc again 5 days later and no item. Seems nobody can answer me as to why it wasn't shipped & when it will ship!
