Had to return a club that had developed…
Had to return a club that had developed a fault. Scottsdale provided a returns label almost immediately, the club was sent back to the manufacturer and even though it was officially out of warranty, a new head has been fitted to my original shaft and sent back. All took around 3 weeks.
Delighted to have my 5 iron back!!

A Mixed Bag Experience Resolved
I wrote a short while ago, stating my experience had been A Mixed Bag. Scottsdale, replied and engaged with me to rectify shortfalls.
Often you can gauge a company and their customer support best in response to initial shortfalls. Scottsdale have been excellent in this regard. They have sorted out the issues; noted and understood the frustrations caused; and compensated me for the shortcomings. I cannot fault them in how they have responded. I would not think twice about recommending them.

Golf gear from here and especially when on a sale is superb. I love a wee bargain and these Adidas shoes are superb. It’s my 3rd pair or the same type. But these with the pink soles are awesome.

I had to return a faulty pair of shoes. The team were great and sorted out a quick free next day return. The issue I then faced was that my shoes weren’t in stock in my size and Oliver the head of returns was amazing, tried to source a pair from the brand and once this wasn’t possible (shoes no longer produced) he sorted me out a replacement pair that the site currently sell. What could have been a nightmare with another company was made easy with Scottsdale and in particular Oliver and the returns team - thanks again.
