I had to return a faulty pair of shoes
I had to return a faulty pair of shoes. The team were great and sorted out a quick free next day return. The issue I then faced was that my shoes weren’t in stock in my size and Oliver the head of returns was amazing, tried to source a pair from the brand and once this wasn’t possible (shoes no longer produced) he sorted me out a replacement pair that the site currently sell. What could have been a nightmare with another company was made easy with Scottsdale and in particular Oliver and the returns team - thanks again.

An Experience with real people at Scottsdale Golf online.
Tanya from the online team made my purchase incredibly straightforward. Communication was quick, the instructions were clear, and the whole process of buying my golf shoes felt easy from start to finish.
As someone relatively new to golf, good customer service makes a real difference. I’ve visited other golf retailers where being a beginner has sometimes left me feeling a little intimidated or overlooked, especially when I’ve had what might seem like fairly basic questions.
My experience with Scottsdale Golf was completely different. Tanya and the online team made me feel comfortable asking those questions and gave me the support I needed without making the process feel complicated.
