I honestly couldn’t recommend Scottsdale Golf enough! I got in touch regarding a pair of faulty golf shoes and the customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
They quickly sourced a replacement pair and had them sent out to me in no time. The communication throughout was brilliant too, super responsive, helpful and kept me updated every step of the way.

Clubs purchased but no wrench supplied
Clubs purchased are adjustable, but do not come with wrench. Very odd. I expected better of Scottsdale as I am a long serving customer.
Luckily there are plenty of alternatives that friends and family will be advised to used.

As advised by one of our Customer Service Advisors, it was informed in the listing of the driver you purchased that no wrench was included with this. These clubs are supplied by the brand directly and not all brands will include a wrench with their clubs.

Great shorts. Flexible at great price …
My pink golf shorts arrived the next day. They were greatly reduced but the quality and fit were great. So much so that I bought a second blue pair.

I received 2 vouchers for my birthday
I received 2 vouchers for my birthday
On 1 voucher there was an online code to use however after trying and ringing it could only be spent in store
The other voucher wasn’t being accepted in the online store
After ringing and speaking to someone who came across smart and uninterested it turned out I needed to set up an account to use the voucher that wasn’t obvious
Having been in retail all my working life I hope this helps
I will still use you as your prices and choices are good

The ‘new’ Motocaddy trolley I ordered…
The ‘new’ Motocaddy trolley I ordered arrived in good time, I opened it charged up the battery and fitted it to the trolley it did not work I told Scottsdale they said take to the nearest rep; I took it to a relevant golf club they agreed it was dead Scottsdale said tgey would pay for any repair but the golf club did not have spares for the model returned via dpd then Scottsdale said would take 10 days to fix although previously told it would be next day…. Anyway received the new trolley the battery had a seal on it and surprise surprise it worked ok not a happy bunny

Where possible, we direct customers to an authorised repair centre as we are advised that this is the quickest way to resolve an issue. Where this isn’t possible, the trolley needs to be returned to Motocaddy for them to inspect and repair, which can unfortunately take longer.
We’re pleased that you have now received your trolley back and that the replacement battery is working correctly.
