Absolutely appalling customer service
Really disappointed with Scottsdale Golf and, after this experience, I’d seriously think twice before ordering from them again.
I bought a pair of G/FORE golf shoes which, after only four rounds of golf, were already falling apart. The insoles were deteriorating, several studs had broken and the shoe itself was starting to come away from the sole. For a supposedly premium pair of golf shoes, the quality was nowhere near acceptable.
The faulty shoes were returned and a refund was agreed, yet I’m now approaching a MONTH later and I still haven’t received my money back.
There’s really no excuse for a refund taking this long once faulty goods have been returned. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing a retailer just to get my own money back for a product that clearly wasn’t fit for purpose.
What makes it worse is that this whole situation started because I was sold an expensive pair of shoes that failed after four rounds, and instead of the issue being dealt with quickly and professionally, I’ve then been left waiting weeks for the refund as well.
Faulty product, ridiculously slow refund process and a really poor customer experience from start to finish.
I’ve bought plenty of golf equipment over the years, but this experience has seriously put me off using Scottsdale Golf again.
Nearly a month to refund a customer for faulty goods is simply unacceptable.

AVIOD IF YOU CANT GET BLUETOOTH
So I got the voice caddie t11 pro watch ,delivery was very good so that is a 👍 up but when I got it I tried to link up with my phone by Bluetooth and I could not get it to work .so I contacted voice caddie about it and they said voice caddie are not in the rules off the UK and EU with the app ,so I was very disappointed they are selling these in the UK if you can't link it up with Bluetooth. So be careful when buying the voice caddie

the equipment I received was perfect. Only downside was sent wrong Brolly attachment for my FX5 and no replacement so had to buy from a different supplier

Brilliant return/replacement process
Shaft on my driver broke after only owning for a couple of months. I contacted Scottsdale golf and my case was handled by Oliver Maroney. Very smooth process from start to finish, really helpful, replied quickly and was able to get me a new shaft from Ping. As an added bonus this was sent out on next day delivery. Brilliant service, thank you Oliver! P.s love the name

Had an issue with a golf set I bought…
Had an issue with a golf set I bought as a gift for my nephew thought no fault off the company at all and when I contacted them the service from start to finish was first class !!! Oliver was so so helpful emailed me straight back and organised everything to be replaced and let me no when the return would be arranged definitely would use this company again and tell friends and family to do the same ..

Had a broken Taylormade Qi35 3 wood head, got in touch with scottsdale and they sorted it super quickly. Returned the product and was sent the Qi4d newer version within a week.
