Spoke to Customer Service as advised by SP over £30 good-will credit. I'm sure the advisor was doing their best BUT the process they had to go through was onerous and long winded. Over 1 hour on chat... See more

The advisor I spoke with, was very understanding and helpful
But this issue should have been dealt with before, I had to ring you to get my SEG reading and allowance inputted into my account
Not a happy person to actually chase my own account for payment
Regards Kevan
We are very happy with your electricity service. Thank you for your excellent support and the easy service you provide.
Very difficult to change direct debit payments when in credit
You showed me a new tariff with a cost per month based on an anticipated consumption. The only real items that would be fixed were the standing charge and the kW/h rates, this required a lot of digging before I could find them. This was far too difficult
Easy to use site and helpful when it needed to get in touch
Such an easy app to use & payments are always thorough
I appreciate the half price electricity which I have at a time which suits me.
It was relatively quick and easy to change tariffs. However, it would be better if the new fixed tariff actually altered at the end of the previous one rather than straight away as it is a shock to see how much the cost is going up, particularly in summer when consumption is normally low. Also it would be nice to be given a lower loyalty tariff for existing customers
The operative was professional, polite, helpful and friendly. She was patient and had a good sense of humour.
Good customer service ,the engineer was friendly ,helpful and efficient.
