Spoke to Customer Service as advised by SP over £30 good-will credit. I'm sure the advisor was doing their best BUT the process they had to go through was onerous and long winded. Over 1 hour on chat... See more

I telephoned the Customer Service to check if both my Gas and Electric meters were smart. The advisor confirmed it was smart and I don't need to anything else.
It's so nice to speak to a human not this AI RUBBISH you are always helpful and easy to talk to many thanks

Great online site keeping customers up to date with tariff information and new ideas
I've been with Scottish Power for 18 years.
Not had a problem. Like the app with all the information on.
Richard did a thorough job but couldn’t fix the problem this time but he explained everything that he had done and what was now required back at Scottish Power to sort out the issues. He explained when this was done he, or another engineer, would be back to get everything working. He was a friendly, helpful and courteous man who provided us with excellent customer service on this occasion.
Agent very attentive to the resolution of the query. Initially, when I mentioned to the agent's that his accent and his high spreed of discussion was hindering my understanding of what he was saying, he fully took that on board and spoke very much slower which was entirerly satisfactory.
This review is based on my experience with Scottish power they have always kept me in the link of everything and it’s easy to know what my account balance and usage is for my gas and electricity, very helpful and easy to follow when a new tariff is needed.
I was aware that our current contract was expiring and appreciated Scottish Power reminding me. The national price increase is approximately £10 per month and as this was the difference in a new contract quoted, I was happy to proceed. I have been with Scottish Power for many years and have never once had any issues with them. Very happy with their services.
