Had to phone up as i have already got a smart meter but bombarded with emails and had mail telling me to book an appointment,someone later phoned me about an appointment so I had to re say all again and finally was taken off the list

The App is very useful and I use it all the time to check my account is running efficiently, especially my direct debit. I particularly like the saver schemes, especially the 50% reduced charges that I can select the times myself when I use these. If I need to speak to someone from SP, I use the online Chat and have never had any problem with getting my issues resolved. Overall, I am very happy to be a SP customer.
I've been a customer for longer now than I can remember... and I was in a low tariff which is coming to an end my monthly payment will now rise by £40 ! Scottish Power in effect are making it impossible for me to remain a customer
The agent l spoke to was very helpful about our problem which was quite small just a monitor that had stopped working. I think we might be having an upgrade on our smart meter,l am waiting for an appointment .
