SC furniture's gas quick turn around times and the sofa was delivered 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time which I really appreciated. The personnel are professional as they brought the sofas and assembled them. Thank you again SC furnitures!

I would just like to say that I purchased the Barcelona suite , it's extremely well made . visitors have complimented me on it, it looks great ,feels great. The company staff are brilliant ,professional and courteous nothing is too much trouble, the delivery people are just the same, polite and friendly. Would buy again and would recommend them to everybody who are looking for new furniture.

From the moment we telephoned to ask for fabric samples to the day we took delivery we had the best service ever, patient, helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

The suite was bought on line, we did not see it until the arrival date 10th May, we had the wow factor and we are so delighted we can’t recommend SC Furniture Ltd highly enough. All members of their team were exemplary.

Have just had a 2 and 3 seater settee delivered and we are absolutely delighted with them, they look lovely and are so very comfortable and the quality is fantastic, the service from SC Furniture from start to finish has been excellent, from the friendly customer service on the telephone to the actual delivery, real friendly lads who put the settees together so efficiently, a big thank you to every one Julie and Tom

Excellent service I was given delivery date at time of ordering and was called day before delivery to confirm time. Sofas delivered and unpacked in place of choice and assembled as they were recliners and tested. Delivered by two men who were very respectful of property and folded all packaging into a neat pile outside. Sofas as pictured and very comfortable over the moon and would highly recommend 5 star from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We travelled from Dorset to Kidderminster to view suites in the showroom on Monday 27th March. The showroom staff are polite, delightful, knowledgeable and not the least pushy. We took about an hour to choose and do the deal. Arrangements made for delivery today 19th April 2023. The delivery team delivered first thing this morning. Both gentlemen were extremely clean, caring, polite and cheerful notwithstanding a 4.45am start. We highly commend this company for its customer service. We are delighted with the suite which looks magnificent in our lounge. Thank you SC Furniture Ltd.

Found this company on Amazon and wow how good are they. From sales staff Kitty especially to delivery drivers all exceptional as the saying goes good people make the company. I would recommend them without hesitation

I’ve read most of the reviews but that wasn’t the reason we decided to go with SC furniture. It was my first point of contact with Kitty that secured the deal. Her patience and time given that convinced us. After placing the order we had subsequent phone calls from Scott whom I believe is the captain of this fantastic ship and his colleague John both equally informative with confirmation of delivery dates which was pretty darn quick. This morning two gentleman turned with the time scale provided introducing themselves as Alan and Jamie and to say the service was exceptional would be an understatement! Nothing was too much trouble. All in all a fantastic experience from start to finish……..Well not quite finish because in due course, we’ll be looking to ordering some more furniture for our formal living room. Buying online sometimes can be a bit daunting when you are spending a fair amount on furniture for your home. I can honestly say the quality of the four dining chairs we ordered were far above our expectations, really happy. Couple this with excellent customer recieved from all at SC Furniture from order placement through to delivery was so much better than other companies I have dealt with in the past. 5 Stars....

We bought the Chicago 3 + 2 seater settees from their website without actually seeing them. We were amazed by the quality and price. They are absolutely stunning and we love them. We can highly recommend this company and the 2 gentlemen who delivered and assembled them were extremely helpful.
