First class
SC Furniture offered first class service. We purchased a grey leather sofa and chair through Amazon, which normally I would not purchase without seeing/checking in the flesh. SC Furniture informed us of every step of the order and delivery was sooner than expected. The delivery company contacted us with a date and approximate time and phoned when half hour away (very useful). I can say that we are very pleased with the service and also happy with the sofa and chair.

Amazing company and customer service
I had never ordered a suite online before and was quite apprehensive, but my experience with SC Furniture has been excellent from start to finish. I called the company with a few questions, and my call was answered promptly by a very helpful and professional female member of staff who took the time to address all my questions.
I placed my order over the phone without any issues, and the following day I received a text from the delivery company confirming that my suite would be delivered within four days.
Furdeco’s delivery team were equally impressive—professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the process.
Overall, the service I received was outstanding and truly reflects what good customer service should be. The suite itself is lovely, and I have had no issues at all. I would highly recommend SC Furniture and Furdeco, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We bought 2 seater and 3 seater settees…
We bought 2 seater and 3 seater settees 6 years ago with reclining seats. Although they are still brilliant have managed to break a couple of the buttons for reclining. However have been into shop today and will have them fixed shortly. Great back up service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lovely sofa delivered very quickly and…
Lovely sofa delivered very quickly and all assembled by delivery company. Looks a little lighter grey than on photos but nevertheless it’s lovely with a nice quality leather and very comfortable. I highly recommend and will be using this company again.

Ordering on line was straight forward
Ordering on line was straight forward, email recieved explaining the delivery company would contact me shortly, which they did, telephoned to confirm the delivery day, sofa arrived as planned, wrong colour was delivered, i rang and explained to a lovely lady on sunday she said she would ring the next day, she did ring on the monday the colour i ordered was out of stock, i said i am pleased with the one i had received and have now ordered another one.
