Easy Easy Easy..... Great range of products especially spare parts for existing systems. Saved us thousands buying a new scaffold.

The delivery was scheduled for a convenient time. All the tower bits as described. I haven't tried to erect it yet, however I see the tower is a professional one, as those I've been using at work for years. I'm a PASMA ticket holder and familiar with different types and makes of such equipment. Lewis Access tower properly made, all the joints, locks etc look reliable.

Very clear website to navigate. Good communications about delivery ( we had a delay of one day but the company ensured we were kept informed). Very polite follow up call to ensure that the delivery was handled well and no issues.

The mobile scaffold (LEWIS 250 Tower -1.8m x Single Width x 10.2m Platform Height is absolutely first class well build easy to use with excellent instructions and advice available from the web site and manuals.

The product is superb and well built, supported by great back up and sale of spares.

Slight delay but good customer service.
We were expecting to receive the product on Monday, and without notice the delivery date suddenly moved to Tuesday, which should be improved. Also, a set of parts was missing at delivery which wasn't communicated before. More proactive correspondence would be beneficial, although good reactivity. And the product works well.

Bought some add-on components for an existing scaffold tower and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team were easy to deal with on the phone and clearly knew the products.

The delivery driver rang the day before to let me know he was running slightly late, then called again about 30 minutes before arrival, which was really helpful. Everything arrived as expected.

The tower components themselves are excellent quality – they click together easily, feel very sturdy, and inspire confidence once assembled. Overall a very professional, well-run company with a good product and good communication.
