Really good quality scaffold tower and customer service seems very good from the one interaction I had with Chloe on the phone.

Staff were very helpful in answering my questions and the delivery was very quick. The Tower itself is so easy to put together as you increase height and is exceptionally stable.

User-friendly website. Easy ordering. Good communication. Delivery came a day later than initially communicated, hence 4 stars, but I was notified a couple of hours ahead and did not inconvenience me. Will use again.

Very good all around in terms of delivery and service

Received the tower from their own delivery driver - so had the confidence that everything was there and not damaged. Driver was very helpful too!!
Just put some of the components together and they fit perfectly. Everything appears well made and a precision fit. Can't wait for the dry weather to make proper use of the tower.

The delivery was scheduled for a convenient time. All the tower bits as described. I haven't tried to erect it yet, however I see the tower is a professional one, as those I've been using at work for years. I'm a PASMA ticket holder and familiar with different types and makes of such equipment. Lewis Access tower properly made, all the joints, locks etc look reliable.
