We ordered our desk at 2.30pm and at 3.20pm we had a phone call to say it would be delivered the next day. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Good customer service goes a long way and we will be sure to buy from you again.

I would recommend this company, and have already done so,they were very helpful. The delivery was on time, they placed the furniture in the room of my choice and my husband was more than pleased to learn it was already assembled thus saving him time. The furniture is sturdy and very we'll made. Quality at its best, very pleased.

I'd had some problems ordering something very specific. We were trying to recreate a 50s-style corner dining booth in our kitchen, we had the seating but no table. Most companies only sell "bistro" tables to trade in large numbers but Saxon were not only happy to sell me a single table but included free delivery.

With in a few hours of having made our purchase online, we recieved a telephone call to let us know our order would arrive on Friday. Stayed in all day, nothing arrived !!
nothing arrived Saturday !! Eventually arrived Monday lunch time. Please Please don't be so specific, if you can't DELIVER.

I had a space in my lounge where I wanted a computer desk, so it needed to be tasteful and compatible with the rest of the furniture. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that it was exactly what I had hoped for - attractive, robust and appropriate. And the delivery man was extremely helpful too.

I ordered a Maja Aspen White Laptop Computer Hideaway from Saxen, and it was delivered very promptly. Customer services were great, I called them over a very minor matter, the line was busy but they called me straight back, which is quite refreshing in these days of endless telephone queuing. The delivery people called me and told me what time they were going to deliver. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the item I ordered, there was a small mistake in the building instructions and I had to use longer screws for the desk hinges as they fell out the first time I opened it but I had searched thoroughly and Saxen price was £40 cheaper than anywhere else, including amazon, for this particular item of furniture so I can't complain.

All fine except for delivery. I was offered one narrow slot per week by text, so it took 4 weeks until one came along that worked for me. Getting a text once a week to see if you can be in for delivery is a pretty poor way to get your goods fast. I called the courier but they told me their way was "efficient" (for them, yes, but not customers). The receptionist told me the whole system is automated and I could only interact by text message ie. replying "no" if the slot didn't suit me. Then you have to wait until the following week to see if you got lucky with the next slot. This happened 4 times before I got lucky.

Ordered a computer desk which was dispatched & received promptly. Very good quality product and price was competitive, I had a slight issue where one of the parts had been damaged in transit however a quick phone call and I had a new part the following day.

I ordered a new Maja office desk from Saxon, It was cheapest i found on the internet, and i must say that the customer service is second to none, and of course i,m very happy with my desk!

There is only one word that describes Saxen its Outstanding. The staff are friendly, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and they have 1st class customer service to back them up. I would have no hesitation at all to recommend Saxen. The saying People buy from people is certainly true here. I spoke to 3 different people during the purchase of my office furniture and each and every single one of them was a credit to the company. Had an amazing visit to the Saxen Ltd. premises in Newmilns where we were shown around their ultra modern offices and display rooms. We were only looking to make a domestic purchase of one office chair but despite having arrived unannounced and without an appointment the extremely helpful staff treated us like we were major buyers.
We did see a chair that we liked and immediately placed an order online.
Guess what?..................It was delivered next day.
This just has to be the standard that other businesses should aspire to.
Oh! and by the way, the chair oozes quality just like Saxen Ltd. does.
