Customer service is top notch and although we only ordered the desk on Monday afternoon it was delivered on Wednesday !

Excellent customer service.

Our experience with Saxen has mainly been with their customer services, I can only state this has been an exceptionally helpful experience. I would not hesitate to highlt recommend this company.

On a personal note i have not come across a more helpful and professional company in my many years buying these sort products.

I ordered the Monarch range of furniture from Saxen and was called 10 minutes later by Alison to tell me the desk would be a few days and would it be ok for me to wait. I was impressed at both the responsiveness and honesty. I was happy and received the furniture on the day it was promised. The furniture is solid and looks great so I was also very happy on that front. There were a few pieces, e.g. handles, missing from the order. I let Alison know via email and she acted quickly to resolve the matter.
When buying goods over the internet, especially expensive ones, you need to be able to trust your retailer to resolve any issues that you may have (and issues do happen at the best of times). Saxen and in particular Alison provided excellent after sales service and support. Thank you Saxen.

Really impressed with entire service. From wood samples, ordering and delivery. Everything was perfect on arrival. Absolutely no problems with assembly. Excellent quality workmanship . Best office furniture I have purchased.

Took a while to come but well worth the wait. Bought for my teenage son and can honestly say what a lovely piece of furniture. Customer service was excellent too.

The delivery service was first rate. I was phoned the next day to be told what day the desk would be delivered (less than a week later) and then phoned on the day to be told what time it would be delivered.
The desk itself was easy to assemble, fits perfectly in my daughters bedroom and looks great.
The only thing I didn't like was when ordering online "Business name" was a mandatory field and as it was for personal use, did confuse me slightly. It made me think I could only order from this site if I was ordering for a business. However, I just entered the word "none" and it was all fine.

Easy to order, informed of delivery date , time etc. Telephoned us to give exact time.
Delivered, unwrapped and rubbish taken away. Very well made cabinet, exactly as described overall excellent goods and service.

Ordering process easy. Desk arrived within 2 working days. Very pleased with item. Price best found for such a sturdy and attractive looking desk.

I was impressed with the honesty of the advert. I was wary of buying a "good" computer desk on-line without a chance to see it first, but the desk is exactly as it appeared in the advert. I was also impressed with the service when I phoned up; relatively easy to speak to a real person who patiently explained that the confirmation e-mail was probably in my junk mail folder(it was) - I suspect it was not the first time she had had this problem. The only difficulty we experienced was in getting the desk up the narrow stairs- had to contact a removal firm eventually. A great piece of furniture.

Office cupboard very sturdy and easy to build with good instruction. Delivery was estimated at 10 working days but was informed by email that cupboards would be delivered 5 days early. Delivery was by manufacturer. Have no reservations about using Saxen ltd again.

My wife and I visited the Saxen premises and as a result of our visit purchased two setee's and a traditional Chesterfield type chair.
The customer service at the time and post order placement has been extremely good, there is no reason to doubt that the furniture when it arrives will be any different.

The lady who took my order on the phone was polite, friendly and very helpful. She even called me back to discuss getting the item up all the stairs to my flat. I was so surprised to have the table before 10.30 the next morning. The delivery man was polite and professional. The table itself is absolutely lovely. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and it took me less than an hour to put it all together,

I must say this is the best service I have had in a very along time. You could teach other companies a thing or two. I have absolutely nothing to object to. I will certainly be coming back. Thank you so much.

I had no trouble with this company at all. They immediately sent me a confirmation e-mail which was then followed by a delivery date. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys assembled it for me.A great company.

I knew which office chair I wanted from Saxen, but Alison helped me ensure I was buying the right one, even when one consideration was significantly cheaper than the one I was sure I wanted. I didn't feel pressured or under a time-limit to decide.

Chair arrived within 24 hours of my order and Alistair called me back with 20 minutes of me requesting a quick run through of one aspect of the setup.

Won't hesitate using Saxen again and confidently recommend as a great supplier.

I visited the Saxen showroom which is only 20 minutes drive from the south side of Glasgow. The showroom is very well laid out and samples of different finishes are available. Alison @ Saxen could not have been more helpful and showed me around the showroom. There is an excellent range of home office furniture and chairs. I found that the price of the home office and chair that I ordered was unbeatable - a great deal!
The chair was in stock and arrived promptly. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. Saxen kept me well informed of the desk delivery. I was fortunate that delivery came direct from the supplier who also assembled the desk units together - saving me a couple of hours at least!
All in all, an uncommonly excellent purchasing experience. Many Thanks and well done to Saxen.
