Scam

I’m a student and really wanted some cute affordable bras and saw on here that if I signed in I’d get a discount. I’m usually very observant before doing stuff like this then about a month later and also receiving said item I get charged £59.95 leaving me with not enough for food!! It’s a rabbit hole that’s easy to get into it’s also a terrible way to all in all scam people but it’s also a terrible way to design it. If i don’t get my money back i will be taking more serious measures. after reading other reviews I’m disappointed to learn I’m not alone but glad it’s not an action of stupidity from myself but from this brand. Please be cautious if you plan on buying from here.

Scam

Like others on here, I also was scammed by this website, believing I was buying a couple of cute pairs of bras without realising I was being signed up to a monthly subscription.
I have read the responses to other reviews raising these concerns, and can see that as a company they know it’s intentionally misleading and complicated to cancel and frankly don’t care.

Absolutely shocking. Scammers. Do not give them your card details.

Beware of the scam company and…

Beware of the scam company and recurring charges.

I cancelled my PayPal billing agreement, yet Savage X Fenty continued taking payments from my account. Reaching customer service has been nearly impossible, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have been left out of pocket and ignored.

No customer should have to spend their time chasing a company to stop taking money they no longer authorize. The products are not worth the stress of dealing with unresolved billing issues and inaccessible support.

I have escalated the matter through PayPal and will continue pursuing a refund for every unauthorized charge.

Very disappointing experience.

I asked to cancel my membership and at…

I asked to cancel my membership and at the end of the conversation, I firmly reinstated to offers "No thank you, just the cancellation of the membership" yet I was still charged again at the start of the next month. When asked to see the messages, I was told I was unable to see them yet my conversation had been documented. When attempting to cancel the membership again, they would not do so despite firmly stating I wanted the membership cancelled no matter what, regardless of any offers. As well as this, the conversation was slow and tedious despite being a simple interaction of cancelling a membership. Terrible customer service, average clothes quality, it is not worth getting a membership or even purchasing clothes from here. You'd be able to purchase higher quality clothes elsewhere for half the price and much less hassle.

So far so good

So far so good. Amazing deals , unfortunately though there was a lot of nice items out of stock. Hoping to cat h ne t time. Bargain guys for boxers of all types, vests and t shirt.I just bought 1 pair of Silk boxers ,a vest and a t-shirt all for only £16. Women's stuff there also.

Think I’ve asked about 5 times over the…

UPDATE June 2026: After leaving my initial review, "Dora" from Savage X Fenty replied publicly pretending they wanted to "make this right" and told me to email them. I did. Today, "Clint" replied and flat-out refused my refund, telling me to spend it anyway because the credits "never go to waste."I have had major surgery and can medically no longer wear their products. They do not care. They use public review replies to look cooperative, but privately behind closed doors, they steal your money. They told me to "Stay Savage" while withholding £50 of my own money that I cannot physically use. Completely predatory company. Avoid at all costs.

Think I’ve asked about 5 times over the course of a year for my £50 credit to be refunded to me because I cannot wear bras any more.

Every time they send me a link to a live chat that either has no one on it, or doesn’t exist.

Then proceeds to send me emails saying “you still have member credit” - avoid!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam of a company. They charge you without you even realising you’re signed up to a monthly subscription, which they refuse to refund for, and this seems to be a common theme with a lot of people who have unfortunately ordered from this company. I thought with it being Rihanna’s brand it would be trustworthy, I was WRONG.

No matter how nice the bras may look, I would avoid this company completely - do not give them a single penny. Their items are uncomfortable, can be quite itchy and jag into you around the sternum area. It’s not worth the money, and the customer service is pretty poor. You need to call to cancel the subscription you didn’t know you had, and they still manage to take money out of your account afterwards.

Genuinely stay away from this sh1tsh0w of a brand.

*EDIT* it is obviously made unclear about any monthly charges, as so many people have this same issue but they’re just happy to take your money so this talk about “we never want anyone to feel taken advantage of” is just sh1t talk, because their actions speak way louder. I have already been in contact with the team, it solved sweet f=ck all - hence the review.

When you make a purchase on our site, there is an option to check out as a guest, or you can choose to join our Reward Membership to get lower prices. If the membership is selected, it does include a monthly charge unless you choose to skip the month between the 1st and the 5th.

Regarding your cancellation, once a Reward Membership is closed, no further charges should ever occur. If money was taken after you spoke with us, that means something went wrong on our end or the cancellation didn't process correctly in the system, and we want to fix that for you.

We also take your comments about the quality and the customer service very seriously. Our designs are meant to be comfortable, not itchy or painful, and our team should always be helpful when you reach out. We are sharing your notes about the sternum fit and your experience with our support team directly with our managers so we can do better.

Good garment items I’ve ordered love

Good garment items I’ve ordered love. Products are well made and comfy but bit smaller than you’d expect. Communication could have been better though like an update on my order. Thought I’d been scammed then randomly arrived! On that basis would order again as do like the items purchased but an update on progress delivery for buyer would be most helpful in future. Also don’t think a subscription is necessary

The fit is poor

The fit is poor. The underlined bras tend to hurt.

Be aware that you are probably subscribing to a subscription. That was not clear to me. Found out 3 months later (=150 euros). The return policy is also difficult. I gave up on trying.

This subscription situation is terrible. You get caught up in it without meaning too, tried to cancel multiple times last year, they put me on pause, and then told me they cancelled it.. then a year later £60 comes out of my bank, so I ring to cancel once again, they told me they’d allow this one time offer to let me cancel it, although still tried to keep me on the subscription for 3 months, i was like hell noooo. so i did get the money back eventually, but just waiting now to see if they actually did take me off the system like I asked, such a shame because it’s giving a bad name to the company. It should be simply press a button to cancel a subscription just like it is elsewhere, but no unfortunately not..

I want to spend more but when I entered…

I want to spend more but when I entered my address the country of the Philippines did not show up, it gave me 3 options, I just chose the Netherlands. So I am interested if I will ever receive it. The company should honor its oath of being all inclusive, which means the world. If I do actually receive the order I will be very happy. If I do not receive the order I will just chalk it up as a loss. Very interested to see how it goes though. Blessings.

SHOCKING SERVICE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH

Customer service not available, chat bot should be 24 x 7 its NOT. wrote letter in Autumn 2025 to cancel membership, put block on credit card and still they ignore my cancelation of subscription and now they have just hit by card for another £60
