The current account 123 a rip of on overlimit charges

The current account 123 a rip of on charges on overdrafts being hit for £30 today on overdrafts charge usage no contact from company they just took it I feel this is not on and laws should be in place to stop this if you are charged why don't they charge you on your statement not just take it you could class that as theft without your permission??

Just a joke 2 hours on hold not even…

Just a joke 2 hours on hold not even spoke to a human yet all I want to do is change the spelling on one of my security questions THIS BANK SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN incompetent useless and just no customer service I would not normally stay on hold this long but it needs sorting before 5 pm other wise am going to be out of pocket and I will expect your bank to pay back the money on the deposit what I am about to lose all because you lot can't answer a phone
