The item itself is beautiful. There were some issues with mine but customer support responded and took care of my concerns. I appreciate the resolution and the flexibility of the team to help with my questions. It's great to know that even if things come up, you will be supported. I LOVE my Sandelier

I LOVE my sandelier and I turn it over at least once every day to see the new creation. I find it very relaxing to watch the colors settle into a new landscape everytime I turn it over.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered a wall piece, quickly realized it was a tiny, plastic piece of junk. I tried to return as per their return policy, then was stuck in credit card refund purgatory and they never honored my return request.
Run fast and far from this scam of a company.

EDIT: I won't change my review. You failed to return my product and now I am warning others that they may never be refunded for the garbage you sell.

There seem to be a misunderstanding in the facts that you are stating here.
Here is, as you know, a summary of your situation :

You ordered from us last year. You then reached out to your bank, opening a claim with them, stating you had not received your parcel.
You received your parcel a few days after. You reached out to us asking to return your order.
We explained that your return could not be processed while the dispute with your bank was still active. This is out of our control, and we cannot refund your order if your bank has frozen the funds of your order.
We kindly explained that we had to wait until this dispute was resolved in order to process your return.
Your bank eventually resolved the dispute in our favor, because you received your parcel, which made your claim false.
Now that the bank has returned your payment to us, I will happily proceed the return of your order. I simply invite you to follow the steps on our return page.

I ordered late for a Christmas gift

I ordered late for a Christmas gift, it took a while and while I didn’t hear anything until I reached out, they responded very quickly, just a simple handcrafted back ordered product. I haven’t seen it in person as I sent it to my brother and family in Jackson, WY but they loved it! If they are indeed handcrafted, worth the money but check the sizes, they appear smaller than advertised but are indeed accurate. At some point will get one for myself to reflect and compliment the Arizona deserts 🏜️

Customer Service so bad you think it's a scam

Edit: I did eventually receive the product I ordered, so I've updated the title accordingly. Tracking website was utterly useless... I checked it every day for updates but eventually it just turned up unannounced. Product itself is a bit underwhelming, and definitely not good value for money.

Ordered 4th Dec 2022, with delivery advertised on their website between 7-14 working days.

Their tracking system shows no updates beyond "Order Confirmed".

Emailed for an update on 19th Dec, and received a generic reply of "we'll look into it and get back to you", but received no further email. Chased them again on 12th Jan to allow for xmas.

In the meantime I've received countless spam emails from them, including an email talking about their woman's underwear. Pretty sure this company is a scam and am so glad I used my credit card.

The tracking of your order only updates when the parcel has entered your country and is handed over to Royal Mail, which is why it is not updated at the beginning. This is also explained in the follow-up emails you have received.

I bought the large one for my wife for…

I bought the large one for my wife for xmas. It got here at a reasonable time, I opened the box, it was packed well, all looked good, I briefly took it out and put it on its side to make sure the sand was falling and it wasn’t broken or anything. Everything seemed to work fine. Gave to wife, she really liked it.
Then, I went to mount it a week later, and once mounted realized there ws a hole in the side. I assumed this was the maintenance hole.
The issue was, it’s a poorly drilled hole, with chips all around it. They also don’t provide you with a rubber plug or anything so you won’t see it. The frame is white so it really stands out. Also, the sand basically dropped in under 30 seconds once I mounted it. I know this will likely be fixable once I get the syringe.
But, I was very disappointed in the hole on the side. It makes it look cheap. And the company won’t do anything about it, even after I showed them photos. Will be disputing this with my card company.
Don’t deal with these guys. They don’t stand behind their product when an issue is their fault.

The maintenance hole is present on all of our Sandeliers and is essential in order to keep your art piece brand new over the years.
I understand that with white frames, the hole can stand out a little bit more. We unfortunately do not have plugs in order to hide it and I'm sorry about this, but it can be hidden pretty easily with a small piece of tape if this really bothers you.
Regardless, I don't think this devalues the quality of your custom Sandelier which took weeks to handcraft and is a unique piece of art.
We have a user's guide explaining how to make the flow time of your Sandelier longer, so this will indeed be fixed once you get your injector.
I hope you will reconsider your thoughts on this once you get the chance to fully enjoy your Sandelier and create mesmerizing patterns with it.

I purchased one for our anniversary. That was just the start!

I purchased one for our anniversary and my husband and I loved it so much we bought one for our daughter’s birthday. It appears to have too much air so the Sandelier has to be adjusted often for smooth flow. My daughter has not reached out to Sandelier, so no fault of theirs.
We also bought one for our son and daughter in law for Christmas. They have not hung theirs yet so more to come. We love the beautiful changes as the sand flows and we flip ours several times a day! Love it!!

Snakey Scammers

Went through hell trying to receive the product, no tracking updates or anything, and they refuse to refund you when your item never arrives, bunch of scammers. Would never return to this company, completely unreliable and not worth it. DO NOT BUY FROM SANDELIER

I had no issues with my order and they…

I had no issues with my order and they kept me updated. I received it and loved the colors. I got lots of compliments when I had my Christmas dinner. Everytime I go by it I turn it and watch it. It is unique and different which is what I like.
