Disappointed in Miami

Purchased one for the wall on Nov 25, 2023. Have not received the product and no replies to my emails requesting an update. Have purchased the table tops ones in the past and have never had an issue with delivery. Very disappointed as it was for a Christmas present.

Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my sandelier product, doesn't look anything the product pictured , very cloudy no landscape design whatsoever. Waste of money , should have just got one from Temu .
I will be demanding a refund .

Excellent customer service

These are absolutely beautiful to look at. I also had a problem with my first shipment, and customer service was very attentive and excellent with their communication. This is a beautiful gift that will not disappoint. Though I was nervous about doing it the first time, adding air was easy to do. I look forward to ordering again and using several more as gifts.

We love our Sandelier!

We love our Sandelier! We had been searching for a piece of art for a wall in our living room. When I came across this, I knew my girlfriend would love it and I was right. I must say that there is satisfaction in turning it around to see something different every time. Weeks later, it is still a joy to give it a turn and see what happens. Thank you Sandelier for coming up with such a great piece!

I like my Sandelier

I like my Sandelier. It is pretty and works well but like others I had a terrible time actually receiving my product. I had to email several times and get rather rude before I finally got a response. Then I found out you can get the same thing other places for half the cost. So I ordered one of those and it is exactly the same as the Sandelier. No one can tell the difference between the expensive one and the cheap one. I learned to do a little research before I buy from now on.

Ordered over a month ago and still fighting to get the piece I ordered

I ordered a Sandler piece for about $60 on September 22, 2023. It is now October 25, 2023. I’ve been emailing them texting them and I get some response but I’m not getting the product. The tracking says they have a pre-posted label but the product is not at the post office for them to mail it, I feel like I’ve been scammed. Terrible. I ordered it for a birthday present for November 3. I’m now requesting a refund I feel like I’ve been scammed.

I love it

I love it. Back in the 70s you could buy these in Mexico. They didn’t have liquid and you could sit and play with it and adjust the sand how you’d like it. But I love playing with this!!

Lovely but the background colour not quite as nice

While I genuinely love the wall mounted Sandalier, I ordered the white background version but it isn’t really white, which is my only issue. It looks off white/ grey which is a shame as the sand doesn’t stand out as much. Like another reviewer I wish the needle had been included.
Overall delivery was good (to the Uk) pretty quick and arrived in good condition. Our Sandalier is rotated several times a day and everyone loves it.

Disappointed

I ordered a red wall mount piece. It took close to 3 months to get. Which I knew may happen based on reviews. When I got it it was orange. They were great though bc they said they'd ship a red one out and I can just keep the orange one.

The next delivery was also orange. Contacted them and they were good. Said to keep the orange and they'll send a red. They even said they'd send a picture before for me to see it was red. They sent the picture. It was red, yay! But had a huge air bubble. I asked about if that would be fixed. No response. I received the red one with a huge air bubble. The sand wouldn't fall. Contacted them. We went back and forth for a couple of months. I had to Buy a syringe. Too big. Bought another. Did nothing. They kept saying it happened in transit, but the picture before they sent it had the bubble. Kept going back and forth. So I asked for a replacement or my money back. Haven't heard from them since.
I gave 2 stars bc they tried to correct it by sending out new ones and up until I asked for a replacement or my money back communication was good. So disappointed.

I order a Sandelier for my hubby for…

I order a Sandelier for my hubby for Father's Day--it came on Friday before but the packageing was wet. I thought it was the outer package so I continued to open it, The gift box was all deformed and wet. When I looked further the Father's Day gift I planned to give was cracked and the package wet because it was broken and the water seeped out. I have sent several emails and with pictures of the damage but I get no response. I want my funds back or this one replaced ASAP> No telephone number anywhere..
