Please please please I request everyone for not buying from these people. They are fake company. I spent too much $$$$$ for my suit a month ago...which I haven't even received till date. My money is stuck with them. I kept on requesting and trxting them to either send me the article or refund me. They kept assuring me that they will ship it soon but till date they did not even ship any. On asking they come up with lame excuses evertime for example..." this article is unavailable or they are waiting from their Vendor for the article...Bla Bla Bla....and when I tried to call them on thier number as soon as I mentioned my order number they hung up the call...and then didn't pick it again....and when I kept on ringing them they disconnected their line so that I couldn't call them again. I am so upset and disappointed on their dishonesty...I gave them so many chances to prove them right...but eventually they appeared to be dodgy and dishonest...they took my hard earned money...which they will have to pay somewhere for sure. Because I believe in Karma. But please i want to warn all of you for not wasting your hard earned money on these loosers. Bcz I understand how we work in overseas and earn the money. So plz plz plz plz be aware these people will take your money and be very prompt with you in the beginning for their messages and reply...but once they receive your money...then Boom...you forget about it....its gone already. Also their website and whatsapp service looks professional...but please dont fall for it...trust me they are fake...I am very sad about my experience with them and trusting them...but please you guys don't be their victim.

Don't waste your time by ordering dress from them. I ordered 2 dresses for an occasion, they sent me only one ( cancel the other order after 20 days without notifying me) then they didn't refund me on my account, they put money on their wallet. So I had to order another dress from them only,I had very less time left,so I paid for urgent stitching ( again paid for deliver,although I wasn't my fault that they cancel my previous order) and guess what, the order hasn't even completed on time. 2 days after the shipping date they said they have some issue ,stitching department will send me email. Neither they refund my money nor they send me the dress. And I couldn't wear the dress that I wanted to wear on my occasion, I had to find an alternative. Since I live abroad it's hard to get an alternative option I this limited time .

Order 2 dresses from them 1 month a ago to wear on my event on oct 15 , everything was done, shows on their website clothes in stitching process i still being emailing them message them for update on my order no reply and whenever reply came is yes we noted down ur concerns ur order will be delivered its in stitching for now .
But bang when its time for order delivery they messaging me sorry we don't have this article its being delayed ARE YOU SERIOUS 2 days left in my event and thats what they message me now like where u were all this time.
worst experience of my life

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Sanaulla when I placed an order for a custom-stitched men's shalwar kameez on July 11th. At the time of ordering, I was promised a delivery date of July 19th, which seemed reasonable because my event was on August 10th. However, my experience took a frustrating turn from there.

Firstly, I provided them with my size as requested, both at the time of placing the order and afterward, to ensure the perfect fit. However, what followed were numerous delays, and I found myself in a constant state of uncertainty. My attempts to follow up with their customer support regarding the status of my order yielded no responses whatsoever.

The breaking point came on August 8th when, after almost a month of waiting, my order had still not been delivered. In desperation, I requested a refund, not expecting much given their track record of poor communication. Surprisingly, they finally responded, but to my disappointment, there was no apology for the extended wait or the lack of communication. Instead, they assured me that my order would be delivered immediately.

However, even after this assurance, I found myself waiting for another three days with no sign of my order. This lack of reliability and the disregard for customer concerns have left me thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience with Sanaulla.

I finally received my order on the 18th which became no use to me. I know that this is my last time ever trusting Sanaullah for any of my orders. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Never buy from there they are absolutely fraud i ordered online they charge me extra 4000 rs and they are not gonna give meback my money bad experience poor customer service

Living overseas for a long time and having nowhere to buy traditional Pakistani dresses always make me sad.
Once a friend introduced me to the online store name as SANAULLAH. The life changed from that day.
Variety, selection, stitching, fabric, fashion, brands and what not you get under one roof or rather under one click.
Initially I ordered some dresses overseas and was so much worried if those will get delivered in time or actually get delivered. Customer service was efficient to answer my queries and worries 😊 and to my surprise order was delivered lot earlier than the estimated time. That day and today, Pakistan or Australia , SANAULLAH is my ultimate shopping rather online shopping destination.
Tried some other big brands online as well but got really disappointed with their customer service and satisfaction.

i live in uk and ordered prince coat from there website everything went well until next day they send me an email that the payment is not processed which is not true as the money is already deducted from my account i send them numerous emails but no reply what so ever now on the tracking its says order cancelled but they have already taken my money i think they are running some sort of scam i hope to get my money back really bad experience and tell whoever is handling your email to atleast acknowledge if someone send an email

I have ordered from Sanaulla Store over the years!!!! the most reliable place ever. Only relaible place in Pakistan. would give them more than 5 stars if i could.

I live in the UK and have regularly tried to purchase clothes from pakistan designers and the majority of them excluding baroque who are also ace at delivering quality products have let me down so I was hesitant to place an order with sanaullastore.com but I did and it was the simplest process ever from purchasing to receiving the product it only took 5 days which is amazing .Definately order from sanaullastore.com again.

I ordered 2 dresses online from Sanaulla store online, got them stitched as well. It did take about 7 weeks time but let me tell you they did an amazing job.... everything about the dresses is just perfect. If you dont live in Pakistan and looking for a reliable site to order from, your search is over. This is it! Keep up the great work guys... we (the overseas Pakistani's) appreciate it more than you would ever know. Thanks!

I had an amazing experience with Sanaullah. I put in an order and needed it to be stitched in a timely manner as I initially misunderstood the shipping dates. They were so helpful, open to communication and so professional. They went the extra mile and got my shipment ready when I requested it. The quick stitching process did not compromise the quality and my dress is made with great quality and care.
