I am disappointed with there service

I am disappointed with there service
They are unable to deliver on time plus now they charged dresses and when they are unable to deliver on time not refund my money I had to file claim through my credit card for that suit . And they don’t pickup calls and not replying messages on time which is more frustrating .

I had a great experience shopping from…

I had a great experience shopping from this clothing page. The delivery is impressively fast, even for international orders, which is a huge plus. The stitching quality is excellent—exactly like the catalog pictures, so you really get what you see. On top of that, the stitching prices are very reasonable and affordable. Their customer service is also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality outfits with reliable service!

Sh*t service

They said parcel is estimated to be posted 20th Feb... they didnt complete stitching til 10th march. Not only that they charged $159 dollars for a small parcel only for me to be charged with customs on top of this! The items in the parcel didnt even cost as much as that! Customer service is terrible as they just stop replying when they know they are at fault. Also we will not get the parcel in time for eid so not worth it at all

Shipping charges are based on courier rates, weight, and destination. Please note that customs duties are set by your country’s authorities and are not included in our charges.

We’re also sorry to hear about your experience with our customer support. This is not the standard we aim for, and we will address this internally.

Didn’t get my refund of almost 22,000 pars

I paced an order on 9/16/25 .Order was placed for 7 complete outfit . I only received one outfit . They emailed me on 10.3.25 , that they refunded my money for items which was not sent in parcel , no notification that they didn’t have it . According to the email balance money was refunded as store credits, with out asking me if I want store credit or refund back to my bank account . I can’t see my store credit or order history on their web site .customer service is horrible.I will never trust sanaullah store again

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that our last email sent on the 8th of November clearly mentions that

"If you do not wish to use the store credit, we can refund the amount to your original payment method. Please let us know your preference, and we will process it accordingly."

We have still not received any response to that email requesting further information or action.

Wrong description & availability

I mostly had a great experience but this time I’m disappointed with two things
1. After ordering the items I was informed later with regrets, via email, that those items were no more available
2.All 4 of my chosen Lakhaney unstitched suits were described as “Embroidered collection” & that’s why I paid the higher cost. But unfortunately not only they were completely printed but had not embroidered additions given. I demand my price compensation for paying higher bcx of embroidered description

Regarding the unavailability of certain items, due to high demand and real-time stock updates, some articles sell out quickly and become unavailable before we can update listings. We always try to notify our customers as soon as possible and offer alternatives or refunds where needed.

As for the Lakhany suits,if the suits you received do not match the description and contain no embroidery at all, we completely understand your concern.

Extremely late delivery with missing items & poor customer services

Sarah Asghar in online department did miscommitment. Poor customer services. Draging company’s reputation down. After waiting for 45 days, she DID NOT BOTHER TO INFORM MISSING ITEM, and dispatched remaining, giving lame excuse on inquiry later that item arrived late from vendor. I verified from vendor, who told me. Sanaullah sent us order very late. Sarah Asghar is unable to handle complaints. Items delivered extremely late. I will never recommend to buy or trust staff of Sanaullah. My order price was 250,000pkr approx, but staff give a damn to customers.

Had we been informed earlier about your style preference, we would have ensured the stitching matched your expectations.

That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Therefore, we are arranging a new sharara to be stitched as per the reference image shared via email. Kindly reply to that so we may arrange it without delays.

Wonderful experience, beautiful dress

I am a larger woman and find it hard to get clothing that fits, especially mail order. But Sanaulla Store went above and beyond to help me. I needed help with measurements and the great people at Sanaulla Store were very patient with me. They communicated with me several times to make sure that my dress was made to fit me exactly right. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. The dress is beautiful and well made. I highly recommend their store.

Great customer service and stitching

Great customer service. Always kept in touch. Orderd a stitched suit first time and i was amazed by the stitching quality and fitting was perfect. Receuved my order to the uk in 2 weeks of placing it.
Will definately be ordering again.😊👌

Best customer support

I loved the customer support of this company. My sister used to order from them so I placed my order of my daughter's dress for eid. I ordered in first weeks of April. Two weeks later I realized the delivery d date was about 26 of May that was so late. So on my sister's recommendation I wrote an email to their support and the support team contacted the brand and arranged an earlier delivery. Hopefully they will deliver today three weeks before the promised date. So I find the support very helpful and they articulate well and are very professional. Lovely experience.
