VICTIM IN INGNORANCE or VILLIAN IN COMPLICITY

THIS COMPANY ENTERS INTO CONTRACTS WITH THIRD-PARTY SUBSIDIARIES WHO HAVE COMMITTED FRAUD

January 23,2026….An order was placed with Sam’s Club for delivery. The delivering company chosen, Spark is a third-party subsidiary of the Walmart/Sam’s Club Corporation under contract for deliveries of online orders requiring delivery services. The Spark company has unlawfully committed theft by deception while handling my requested online order, slated for delivery. The items I would later learn were out of stock at the time of pick up, these items were deceptively rung up as purchased on the Spark Drivers App, and shown as delivered. The planned theft was foiled when the delivery was made while I was home to dispute the non-delivered items. Cancellation of contract cutting association with Spark Delivery Services is mandated to establish that the Walmart/ Sam’s Club Corporation is in no way complicit in the theft of its customers by association nor deception. FIND A REPUTABLE DELIVERY SERVICE and PAY THEM FAIRLY. Continuance of disreputable practices by Spark Delivery Services while being in a contractual relationship with Walmart/Sam’s Club Corporation, will have Class Action Lawsuit implications with theft charges against both companies being filed. To be a victim of robbery in a coo of theft by deception, then being penalized by having my pending refund hijacked for an additional 5-7 days is unlawful and lacks integrity. The corporate customer service contact entity had disconnected my call for accountability TWICE. The Sam’s Club supervisor on duty was dismissive and lacked the courtesy of understanding for rectifying by reporting the theft by deception while handling the complaint against the Spark Delivery Service.

One cashier

One cashier. ONE. They literally had more solicitors in the store, trying to scam people, than they had people working the registers or anywhere else, from what I could tell. One guy was trying to sell me electricity. F'ING electricity! Who buys a membership, goes into a warehouse store TO BUY ELECTRICTY? No one. Not once did an associate speak to me or ask if I needed anything, but by golly, the solicitors were waiting at the endcaps, bothering everyone. I'm so over all of this.

Poor delivery service

I like Sam’s Club very much but their delivery service is unsatisfactory. They put packages right in front where it can be seen by the street. I put a note on the account that it needs to be delivered in a certain spot. Half the time they don’t do it. They either don’t read the instructions or they lack common sense or both.I have complained but the problem persists. The same situation occurs with their sister company Walmart period period period I speak with people and they say the problem will be resolved yet it isn't. How do they hire these people? Do they get any actual training?

I started an online order for delivery

I started an online order for delivery, but it split into pickup and delivery portions. As a disabled individual who can't get to the store, that's why I chose delivery. I spoke to three agents who were unable to resolve the issue. The second one told me she canceled the order, but the next morning I received an email saying it was on the way. The third agent assured me it was canceled. The agents are not well-trained or skilled at resolving issues. They always blame the system that is in place. All I wanted was a way to have my items delivered, and they told me they couldn't because the system wouldn't allow them to. AI is inadequate, and I will not continue with Sam's Club.

Limited and Inconvenient Operating Hours

While everyone closes at 10 and 11pm, they closed by 8pm, which forces people to shop during peak times and endure crowded stores and huge lines. By 7pm they start rushing people to pay with threats so they can shut by 8p.

TOO BAD THEY CAN'T OFFER YOU A -STAR

TOO BAD THEY CAN'T OFFER YOU A -STAR. I would give the on-line customer service a negative 5 star. I tried to cancel renewal charge 4 times, and the poor customer service agent would end my chat and would not respond to my questions. There is a need to either provide additional training to your Advocate service center agents or consider replacement. Sam’s store looks disorganized and like a warehouse. GO TO COSTCO

Our satisfaction is diminishing

I have used Sams Club delivery service now several times this past year. Our experience is that quality and order fulfillment is decreasing. The large container of fresh tomatoes had two rotten ones in it. Two of the onions in the large bag of sweet onions had two rotten ones in it. And two of the Cara Cara oranges also had two rotten one in it! In addition, they were not able to fulfill three of the items which are very commonly sold there. The driver left our large grocery order with bulky packs of toilet paper and paper towels at the bottom of our back steps, rather than on our front porch as we had requested. Our mailbox and home has large clearly marked house numbers and we have NEVER had anyone leave our items at the back door. This was very difficult for us to get things in the house as we are both older and mobility impaired. So, it was disappointing and the last few times we have had problems or items missing. We have much better luck with Amazon Grocery (9.99 membership, but no requests for a tip.)

What an unprofessional mess.

I have had numerous unresolved situations with Sam. First being I am disabled, and my mother is my caregiver we live within the same. Because I can’t always go to the store. They added her on as a complementary health order. They somehow changed even my name to my mother‘s name. I sent numerous request to get that changed and they didn’t.

Secondly, I ordered three paw patrol T-shirt sets for my three toddler nephews. I shipped them individually to each child because they getting mail. When they were delivered, they were NOT at my sister’s home. The delivery photo was a light colored house on a slab, not her grey with white skirt & red deck “trailer”. We provided multiple photos, including photos of other successful Sam’s delivery at her door.

I contacted Sam’s for assistance. However, I never received personal assistance requested to resolve this matter and nothing but a bunch of very rude, unprofessional adamant, cs agents. They stubbornly insisted the package was delivered and if it was lost I can contact my financial institution. If they red the original complaint and looked at order they would see I used a Sam’s gift card (got from health insurance points).

I tried to explain FedEx accepted accountability for the packages being delivered, and they were unable to retrieve them. They requested from Sam’s for sands to open and file a lost package clean or Sam’s provide them with a ladder on official letterhead to FedEx stating we could file claim. Sam ignored both FedEx and myself.

At this point, they were causing more problems not willing to work with us and I didn’t even wanna be a member of their company anymore. I requested to cancel my membership in addition too as I will never shop Sam’s again.
After about a year of this, I filed a complaint with the Massachusetts state Attorney General’s office in November 2025. I also would’ve filed a complaint with consumer protections however, due to the government shut down, I was not able to do that at that time. Sam’s took their time to respond to the attorney General‘s office and when they finally did, they were saying that they only cover shipping to your address or drop ship. However, they claim they allow you have up to 10 addresses to ship to, but no claim they won’t support them. I had my address, another sister whose Deafblind, and my sister/nephews.
It’s quite sad to see all this time wasted (started July 2024 and last contact Dec 2025), paying employees dealing with this, etc on something that could so simply be resolved if they just stepped off their high horses and read/listen to the customer and understand what they were needing.
Unless you want problems that limit your ability to use your own account you paid for, shop elsewhere.

Go at your own risk if you want to have an accident with your car

**********THIS IS FOR AUTOMOTIVE************

Absolutely dangerous and unacceptable service. Avoid this shop.

This shop is wildly unprofessional and unsafe. They failed to inflate my tires to the manufacturer’s OEM-recommended PSI—a basic, non-negotiable safety requirement. After waiting nearly two hours just to replace two tires (with an appointment, mind you), I got my car back with all tires inflated to barely 30 PSI, despite the driver’s door jamb clearly specifying 46 PSI. This is not a minor oversight—it’s a serious safety hazard.

To make matters worse, multiple lug nuts were loose when I received my vehicle. Letting a customer leave in that condition is reckless and could easily result in an accident.

Throughout the entire service, the technician was more focused on casual personal conversations than the work, chatting nonstop with people in the bays—many of whom didn’t even appear to be employees (no uniforms, no professionalism). My personal belongings inside the car were disturbed and left strewn about, showing a complete lack of care or respect.

This shop demonstrates extremely poor workmanship, zero attention to detail, and total disregard for customer safety. The technicians clearly do not care about the vehicles they service or the lives of the people driving them afterward. To top it off, no manager was available to address or correct any of these serious issues.

This place is not just bad—it’s dangerous. I strongly recommend going anywhere else unless you’re willing to risk your safety.

SERVICE SUCKS

Placed a home delivery order 1/2/2026
(Calumet City, IL); items were placed on the ground on the porch exposed, bananas delivered rotten/brown, outreached was placed with CS chat and was disconnected.

Unfortunately; Monterey tip given, never again.
Only tip I have is to re-train in CS to treat customers like they are preparing their own private encounter.

Sam's Club is honestly THE worst…

Sam's Club is honestly THE worst customer service experience that I have ever had. From not understanding ANY of their reps due to how heavy their accent is, to being placed on hold for a long time only to be disconnected, to being transferred to multiple reps that cannot find the answer to any issue. I wish I had Costco close by.

No Refund Received

I've been due a legitimate refund since November 2025. Never showed up on my credit card. I've had 3 chats (with confirmation numbers), was told by an Account Supervisor December 14, “I’m really sorry that you still haven’t received your refund. Upon checking the reason for that is somehow, the refund was not automatically finalized by the system. So what I did is I finalized the refund for you. You will be getting the refund within 5-7 business days." Today is December 31 - no refund posted to my CC account. Chatted again today: " Thank you so much. Due the repeated contacts about this matter, I'll transfer you directly to one of our supervisors, following our guidelines and procedures." Our "chat" is being ignored. I've been waiting for over an hour - no response. Their 'customer service' is lacking and it's obvious I'll never get my refund. Bad Reputation to Have! I've been recording all of this. Unfortunately, for Sam's Club, I have another chat confirmation number to add to my collection.

Going through LOOPS & Dishonesty to Cancel Membership.

You know we have been members of Sam's Club for many many years, and always had "good" service...etc. HOWEVER, when we called Sam's Club to cancel membership.......just got the runaround big time. We finally went online to cancel......got no where on our cell phone to cancel membership.
Finally went to our Laptop to cancel membership, believe we Cancelled membership...however then we get automatic page that says "Keep Membership," etc. We did not click on anything on that page. To us that is dishonesty & trying to keep us as members.
If we get charged for any renewal....we will have to drive 30 miles away to a store to finally C A N C E L Membership.
We also DID NOT get an email stating our membership has been cancelled.
Sam's Club...........never again, it is dishonest and tricky to us ...just to cancel Sam Club's Membership.
