Scammers.
Scammers.
Took out home insurance a year ago. Told that the next years cover was going up on an email. So I replied email them telling them not to renew my policy. No response. Couldn't get hold of them any other way witch is stupid if you need to call them for a claim.
They still took money out of my bank with out my permission and repeated emails. This is criminal. I got my bank to take the money back from them and this dirty criminal are still emailing me demanding money from me.

The product on the face of it seems…
The product on the face of it seems good value for money and the 3 levels makes it a bit easier to choose the best cover- the proof of the pudding will be if i have any claims in the next year which is unlikely but one needs the cover just in case

I was searching for decent priced home insurance... my previous supplier raised my quote by 350% !
Happy with the website & also called your helpdesk. They did sound far away which initially I had concerns but she was reassuring and said if I ever did have to claim that there were local based staff
