Amazing service the kept me up to date every step of the journey. As soon as there was a problem ie. Wrong address and wrong contact number, they got in touch with me to resolve it. They couldn't find the address the first time and no one answered their call, so they asked for more help from me and i just sent a photo of the building door and explained the situation of the building. Next thing i know the flowers were delivered within the hour. Great service, will use them again

First time user, delivered on time the next day. They called to confirm with her, and the quality was really nice. She loved it. Absolutely made her day half the world away. I wish the prices were a bit lower but I mean, I think it's understandable.

I have ordered a beer basket for my husband and they made it on time and included fresh snacks as well as his favourite brand of beer as per my request. I liked that despite I ordered a bit too late Russianflora accomodated my request and even sent me a picture of delivery the same day. Would definitely recommend this company and use it again in the future!

Rettifico la mia recensione a fronte di un ottimo servizio di post vendita, in quanto sebbene siano state consegnate un numero di rose inferiori rispetto a quelle pagate e di colore differente dall'ordine, hanno all'indomani consegnato alla mia lei, una scatola di cioccolatini come e una telefonata di scuse.
Non metto 5 stelle perché ovviamente il disagio c'è stato e un filo di amarezza rimane, ma sono certo che RussianFlora voglia offrire ai propri clienti un'ottima esperienza. Quindi bravi. Mi servirò ancora di voi.

I rectify my review because RussianFlora have an excellent after-sales service, because although a number of roses were delivered that were lower than those paid and of a different color from the order, they delivered a box of chocolates the next day how is a phone call of excuses.
I do not put 5 stars, because obviously the discomfort there was and a bit of bitterness remains, but I am sure that RussianFlora wants to offer its customers a great experience. So good. I will still need you.

Ho effettuato un ordine nella giornata di ieri, 14 marzo per una consegna vicino Minsk di 11 rose. L'ordine è stato recapitato con un ottimo tempismo, ma sulla qualità non ci siamo, sulla quantità neppure e nemmeno una banlissima richiesta è stata portata a compito.
1) ordinato 11 rose a stelo lungo: consegnate 9 rose a stelo medio
2) avevo richiesto più volte, che il masso venisse composto con metà rose rosse e metà bianche, ma sono state consegnate unicamente rose rosse.
Non me le avete regalate. Le ho acquistate e in rete si possono trovare fiorai più economici.
3) indubbiamente ho commesso anch'io un errore, avendo scritto nelle note 5 rose rosse e 4 bianche, ma se ordino un bouquet di 11 rose è ovvio che non ne voglio 9! Avrei pagato 20 dollari in meno!
E' assurdo perdersi in cose così banali.

I placed an order yesterday, March 14 for a delivery near Minsk of 11 roses. The order was delivered with a good timing, but on quality we are not on the amount nor even a very trivial request was brought to task.
1) ordered 11 long-stemmed roses: 9 medium-stemmed roses delivered
2) I had requested several times, that the boulder was composed with half red and half white roses, but only red roses were delivered.
You did not give them to me. I bought them and you can find more economical florists online.
3) undoubtedly I have made a mistake myself, having written in the notes 5 red and 4 white roses, but if I order a bouquet of 11 roses it is obvious that I do not want 9! I would have paid 20 dollars less!
It is absurd to get lost in such trivial things

Ordered delivery for the 8th of march. Now after two days, no delivery, no info. Waiting nearly an hour in the chat to get the answer, that they will send a mail, when they now something.
Poor service, unacceptable. Just wasted money. Never again!

This is the second wonderful experience I have had with using this service. I have been very happy and satisfied both times as has the recipient of the flowers. This is a very wonderful company that provides beautiful flowers at an affordable price.

I got the delivery at 11:20 pm. Instead of ordered champagne it was sweet sparkling wine and instead of chocolate in a heart box (49,95 $ price) just 1,5 euro pack with 7 chocolates inside. Delivery in Moscow: track number 1518269107

WORST service. My boyfriend organiséd a surprise for me for St Valentin. I didn’t get his present on Feb, 14. no one called me, no apologies. Highly unprofessional!

Very happily, it was great to be able to speak to customer service personnel in English. Ordering to Chelyabinsk, RU, I know that English is a difficult second language having lived with and met many Russians!

My experiences with Russian Flora have been excellent. Their customer service is second to none, and they are very helpful and attentive to the needs of their customers.

I am simply amazed with the service.
It has only been an hour since I ordered the flowers and I recieved 3 different emails from 3 different representatives saying that the order is verified (I placed the order at a very inconvenient time for anyone, it was like 3AM).

The process took less than a day, approximately 10 hours from the moment I placed the order until it was delievered to the reciepent.
