My first time using them. They had a great selection of items and exactly what I was looking for. There was only one glitch that wasn't their fault but the customer support team was quick and efficient in helping solve it. Delivery was perfect and what was delivered looked better than the pictures in the selection menu. I had requested a photo which which there's no charge for but not guaranteed and was thankful because they did two. Very delightful experience and will use them again.

Very patient and knowledgeable service for an English family in England sending a gift basket to Russian friends in Russia - we were able to change and adjust the basket contents to contain the items that we really wanted to send. We then had a problem as the Russian end was not at home when the gift was delivered. Russian flora then went to considerable trouble to find the recipients and deliver the gift on time. Excellent service and product we will be sure to use them again.

I ordered a gift basked. The quality of the products was poor and not adequate to the price. It was changed from what was seen on the site and the final product cost was pretty lower. However, The customer service contacted me, apologized for the situation and proposed either some more sweets to be delivered or to give me some money back, which I appreciate.

Ordered flowers and a box of chocolates for 8th of march. Actual delivery on 7th. Flowers were delivered. Chocolates ($25) were not. They informed me they will take 2 business days to investigate. Next time I will first look for other company.

After a bad experience with a competing company I turned to Russianflora.com and they came through with flying colors! They delivered my order with barely more than 24 hours notice and despite an error made by me when I initially supplied the recipient's contact information. Highly recommended!

RussianFlora delivered incredible service and wonderful flowers while Sakhalin borders were closed and everyone was working from home and self isolating. As I was apprehensive about using this service and relied on reviews, it seems only fair that I express my delight at all the extras this service includes - advice that in Russia it is the custom to send an uneven number of stems of roses, if you do not know the exact address RussianFlora will find it for you, keeping me up to date about the status of the order, when they could not obtain the yellow roses I ordered they contacted me to discuss an alternative, the residence was a little way out of town but the courier found the location and was very patient as it was not easy accessing the residence for delivery through security with a face mask required to be worn at all times, and then the courier explained in reasonable English about cutting the stems before putting the roses in water and took a photo which was sent to me. This is truly an amazing service and gave my Australian daughter a wonderful birthday surprise in these difficult times.
The pink roses were beautiful. This is an amazing and reliable service.

This is my first time using RussianFlora.com and after placing my order I realized I made a mistake on the delivery date. So I decided to call directly and was surprised that I did not have to wait very long at all for a very nice representative to take my call. Her name was Ally and I must say that she was extremely pleasant and was so helpful. Well before i knew it she had the changes made for me which she personally did and she wished me a great day. this is as good as it gets.
i selected the flowers, delivery date, and recipient; paid for them via a secure payment vendor, and received immediate confirmation of my order by email. Next i received a link to check order status; and when the flowers were delivered, i received a text message.
the flowers were delivered on time and my girlfriend loved them. The pictures she sent to me match the image shown on the website

how can they improve? I think their are less expensive alternatives for flower delivery in Rostov-on-don, Russia, and the selection was modest. But that information was available to me before i ordered. Despite these two points, i am quite sure i will use this company again--they deliver high quality flowers on time and that exactly match your order
