Excellent service reliable and they actually deliver and pull through. I was charged by two companies and wasn't refunded and they didn't deliver. RussianFlora is legit they pulled through as promised and delivered! Thank you!!

Excellent service!!! I am 100% satisfied! Next day delivery to Turkmenistan of a 3 roses bouquet. The delivery was fulfilled as requested (next day, no delay). Customer service replied immediately to all my questions and to all my emails. The roses and the bouquet were excellently made! my personal note, which was printed in a beautiful and creative way, was inside a special -for the occasion- card! Thank you for the great service and for helping us celebrate our anniversary in such a special way!

EVERY single staff member is professional, polite, helpful, accomodating and probably worthy of every nice word in the dictionary pertaining to a compliment. Much more tnan I can write here. They provide a wonderful service and compete customer care and that sense of a personal touch to everything they do and all the messages they send to keep you well informed of their deliveries - or whatever other service you ask of them such as courier services etc., , and keep you informed every step of the way, I'm never concerned that my requests will be completed successfully and professionally. Hello, this was my first time. The delivery came in time. IT was snowing and the car could not come through to my mother`s house. So the deliverer went by feet ca. 500 m to my mother and brought flowers. That is a great SERVICE! Thank you!

Well, I met a lovely lady online, we had been speaking to each other for some time, and we liked each other. I knew her birthday was coming up March 2nd, and wanted to do something special for her, with this being March 1st, I searched the Web for flowers and a delivery service that can deliver to Aksai Kazakhstan. After trying 2 others and no success, I tried RussianFlora and they not only delivered, it was on time , they even called to make sure she was home, what service...pricing, delivery, quality all went great. Now the next time I plan to send flowers I will call them first...great job, thanks.
