Good experience

Easy to use website, goods in stock, very quick delivery. Delivery always more expensive than I initially think but if you want English goods then I guess you pay for them.

I have used Russells on a number of…

I have used Russells on a number of occasions, and have nothing but praise for them. Their packaging is second to none, I have so far received nothing damaged. Delivery time, from order to receiving is phenomenal . Never been to the shop always shopped on line, but it must be a very professional set up. Thank you for all your assistance, and consideration on very fragile items.

Moved to Portugal and came across this…

Moved to Portugal and came across this amazing store for all us expats from
Uk. I would recommend them over all others for many reasons . Quick delivery and taste of the items .. Just like home thanks guys and will be ordering again.

Quick delivery great products, but

Delivered quickly and products reasonable price and as required. Just let down by the packaging which arrived slightly crushed meaning that some of the content packaging was slightly damaged on arrival, all ok and still sealed but with s little better fill material in the packaging this wouldn't have happened. Generally no other complaints though and will definitely be using the company again
