People in Spain need extend delivery…
People in Spain need extend delivery times but use the word "normally" to escape guilt, an order placed Thursday still no arrived on Tuesday. I would always prefer truth.

3-5 working days to receive your order is stated on our website and is also sent to your email when your order is placed. 'Normally' is used as we use 3rd party couriers to send orders, we have absolutely no way of guaranteeing a date unfortunately.
