13-Hour Wait in the AirPort After Customer Service Mistake

We received no email notification about the changes to our flight. When we contacted customer service to request a change in the departure time, we were told we would be charged a 50usd fee unless we left a comment here. The agent Sergio Romero even asked me to send him a screenshot via his personal WhatsApp number, which I found highly unethical.
Sergio, the customer service representative claimed he had changed our flight, but he changed it to a non-existent departure time. As a result, we were forced to wait for 13 hours (since 1 a.m.) and were given only 15usd food voucher as compensation.
This was, without a doubt, the worst flying experience we have ever had. The airline gave us 150usd to spend on another flight, but to be honest I’m not eager to get on another plane from the company.

Vacation change of booking

Andrew was great making necessary changes to my vacation including finding a new flight and changing the days for my hotel. Very helpful!
