Badly Packaged
We purchased an all wool rug and expected that it
would be in a rolled up package. It arrived stuffed into a UPS plastic bag only just big enough to contain it. We now have a rug that is perfect for our requirement except that it has several very unpleasant wrinkles in it.
It is disappointing and we are just hoping that they will disappear in time.

Completely let down by their courier
Raised the issue with UPS and Rugvista but have had absolutely nothing from customer services. Delivery has been rescheduled 6 times. I was so frustrated that I went to the depot to try and pick it up, only to learn it’s been locked on a trailer for the past 8 days. I can’t get it off the trailer unless I reschedule the delivery. They now won’t give me a delivery date to reschedule. 2 weeks since I ordered and I wish I’d never bothered. Wasn’t going to blame Rugvista but they have done nothing to help me chase it up.

Good quality, great price
I am gradually decorating my new house and was in need of a large rug for the seating area in the living room. It needed to be the rug colour and design to compliment my interior design aesthetic and I immediately fell in love with the Roxy from Rugvista. gave me Bauhaus design vibes. I couldn't believe the price either for a 200 x 300cm rug. Managed to save some money too by ordering on black Friday.
There was a delay in delivery due to inept and woeful customer service from UPS, but I cannot hold that against Rugvista.
Having bought online purely by photos and descriptions I was a little worried as to what kind of quality the rug would be. I am very happy when the rug finally arrived; it is a nice level of thickness and feels very soft and comfy underfoot. It laid down easily too. The edges are curled up a little, which is normal for a new rug and I suspect they will lay down flat over time.
Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend Rugvista to anyone looking for a nice rug.

A mixed bag
First rug arrived with damaged packaging and had got dirty. I had to buy another one and return the first before I got a refund, so was out of pocket for a while. I ordered two ronja turquoise rugs in different sizes. Very pleased with the colours but the finish on both was rougher than the pictures, and the pictures of the online reviews, which was a bit disappointing.

2 orders - still no rug
First time I ordered, they confirmed and accepted payment, and a week later informed me it was no longer available. Second time I ordered, I received a totally different rug and now have to return it. It is simply not worth the trouble. Many other companies doing the same thing.

I’m sorry but 1 star from me. The rug and delivery is nice but it’s not a shade I was hopping for so now I’m trying to return it. And nothing works. The link they provide for the schedule collection doesn’t work correctly. So I can’t schedule the return and no one fedex as well as rugvista customer serverce can’t help.

I have been sent a wrong rug, have phoned the to request the new rug to be despatched was told that they need to wait for the old rug to be returned and then they hung up on me!

Rug received was completely different…
Rug received was completely different from what I’ve ordered and ordered a beautiful Persian washable red rug. What I received was quite shoddy very shedding White modern rug, which I would not look twice if I saw it in a shop or on their website. When I told them whether this was sent by a mistake, they asked that I would return it. Now, considering the wait and the side of the rug And my mobility issues there’s no way I can pack this on my own and the original packaging. They’re telling me there’s no other way to resolve this. I will be seeking legal advice on this out of the principle Not only that I received the wrong rug and was really disappointed with the quality that is as is shedding everywhere that they made no effort to resolve this and put the owners on me. Very disappointed.

Ordered 14 days ago and my rug still hasn’t arrived. The delivery updates keep saying it will be with me, I’ve waited home and rescheduled the delivery when needed and I am still without a rug and out of pocket. When emailed they haven’t helped much just said there was delays. I don’t know how long I’m expected to wait. The item is meant to arrive within 3-5 days.
