Worst carpets I ever bought. The room is full of fibers comming out of the carpets. Even after I vacuum it a long time, fibers are everywhere.

Placed my order on 10th November. I received a email the following day (Monday 11th) stating that my order will be delivered on Thursday 14/11/2024. So naturally I did not go to work that day. ON Thursday I was waiting at home all day for my parcel to arrive. I kept checking the tracking to make sure that it was still going to arrive since it said out for delivery . At 16:39 I see an update from UPS tracking that said address information required, however there was no option for me to update my address. I thought this was very odd since the order confirmation from rugvista showed the correct adress. I went ahead and called UPS and they insisted that the shipper had provided incorrect shipping adress so it will not be delivered on this day and they will have to reschedule the delivery.

I am very disappointed since I lost a whole days pay waiting for a delivery that did not arrive. I will now have to lose another whole days pay to wait for the delivery to arrive again.

Roughly 1 hour after contacting UPS they called me and informed me that it will be delivered the following day. Still 2 days of pay lost. Which I am not happy about at all !

Update on 15th November. AGAIN IT WAS RESCHEDULED FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON!!!
Only god knows if it will come or not but at this rate.
I am literally fed up!!!

I ordered a rug from rug vista about a year ago for my living room. It arrived promptly, was well packaged and I was kept informed. I’m writing because I think it’s useful to get feedback about a product further down the line- how it wears etc. Mine looks like new despite its constant use, children and the dog! I was also looking again to order some rugs for friends, two of whom liked my rug so much, they want me to forward the details, which I’ve done. I was really shocked to see that someone had had a negative experience with Rugvista. I have no axe to grind or any connection with the company other than being a highly satisfied customer. I would buy from them again for certain.

Rugvista website made it very easy to find the rug I wanted to purchase. I wanted a very large, multicoloured wool rug. I found it very quickly and ordered it and it's now installed in my lounge
