I subscribed to Ruby Kinglet’s…

I subscribed to Ruby Kinglet’s Professional Plan on September 3 specifically to use the Photo-to-STL feature.

Unfortunately, the feature failed every time I tried it due to a server component error, and I was unable to successfully generate a single model.

I contacted both their support and hello email addresses on the same day I subscribed, requesting cancellation and a full refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee.

It has now been one month, and I have received no response whatsoever — not even an acknowledgement of my email — and no refund.

I have now sent them a final follow-up and am currently waiting for their response.

If I hear back from Ruby Kinglet and they resolve the refund, I will update this review accordingly.

For now, I can only share my experience as it stands: the service did not work for me, and my refund request has gone unanswered for a month.
