Ordered $40+ in piercing jewellery. Supposed to take 7-10 business days. I have waited 15 business days and sent 2 emails with no replies. I have lodged a complaint and request for refund from Afterpay. When I was searching through my emails, I realised I ordered $30 of items from them in April 2023 and I had to get a refund from Afterpay on that as well on because it wasn't delivered.
