Ring was tarnished and rainbow colour before I even got to wear it. Crap quality and the customer service was appalling. They copy and paste their reply each time I tried to talk to them. I would say this is a scam business due to the lack of Quilty and contact.

Slow on responding to customer request. No shipping info provided. Refused refunding. Avoid

I ordered a ring one size smaller than a previous purchase, but the one I received was actually larger. Despite this being their mistake, I was told I have to pay to ship it back to Lithuania myself.

Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, offering no real solution. The jewelry is overpriced for what it is, and there’s no protection for customers when things go wrong.

I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company. It’s simply not worth the risk.

I ordered a ring that never arrived. After waiting a month, I contacted the company to request a refund.

They claimed the address was incorrect and that the parcel was returned to the sender. This is not true — the address I provided was 100% correct. Despite the fact that I never received the item, they refused to issue a refund and instead demanded that I pay an additional shipping fee to have it resent.

As an EU customer, I paid for a product that was never delivered. This is not a “return,” yet they attempted to rely on their return policy to deny a refund.

When I replied stating this clearly and requested my money back, they stopped responding entirely.

Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a failed delivery. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
