As much as possible we want a click on Roots to feel like a trip around a nursery. Almost as if you were there with the grower, covered in mud and beaming with pride as they show you their plants, answer all your questions and gives you advice you didn't even know you needed!

Exceptional Plant
I had been looking for a lemon tree for a long time before deciding to order one from Roots plants. It was my first time using this site for plants and I will be using them again.
The delivery took a little longer than stated but when the lemon tree arrived it was well worth the wait. Even though I ordered a 4 seasons lemon tree and received a Limone Adama lemon tree I am very pleased with the plant itself and will be keeping it.
I will also be ordering another 4 seasons lemon tree and a Sweet Orange tree in the near future.

One very good and one just OK.
I had the two for one offer which was exceptional value. One Acer was exactly the shape I expected the other very lopsided. Maybe I can train it. I would not have paid £14 for it. For the good one I would happily have paid more.
Both were stressed and one was dry, probably because they were delivered late, not next day.

I required two different grape vines
I required two different grape vines, unfortunately one of my choices was out of stock so one was ordered from another company.
Roots quality was outstanding in comparison. The packaging, condition of the vine, condition of the damp soil , size of the vine and leaf size were amazing.
Both vines were of the identical size when ordered. However, what arrived from the other nursery was very disappointing as was the condition and size of the vine.
My future intention is to only use Roots when ordering for my garden .
