As much as possible we want a click on Roots to feel like a trip around a nursery. Almost as if you were there with the grower, covered in mud and beaming with pride as they show you their plants, answer all your questions and gives you advice you didn't even know you needed!

Plants were great and well packaged
Plants were great and well packaged. Part of the consignment was damaged. Swift resolution by Roots (carrier issue) and immediately dispatched a replacement.
One star lost due to using EVRI…..
(Damage, delivery speed and they still haven’t confirmed when they expect to deliver the replacement)

Impressive service to rearrange a delivery
unfortunately had missed the box for delivery to different address to person ordering and was shaken when found it was to be delivered to me straightaway. Full marks to the person i rang who understood, asked for delivery address and was able to re arrange correct delivery which was almost next day. Very very impressed ( and grateful

Delayed delivery by Evri. One plant good, the other disappointing.
The delivery was changed twice by Evri and so was 4 days late, luckily due to good packaging the plants survived. The plants were generally healthy especially the Camelia which was nice. The Acer had some slight browning to the leaf tips. This could have been due to the delayed delivery or the the very hot dry weather this year. What I wasn't pleased with though was the shape of the Acer as it was all one sided. I'm hoping Roots can help be improve this. Previous plants from Roots have all been pretty good.

Excellent professional service.
Easy to order, product arrived within timeframe and well packaged, I was kept informed and have received some useful information post delivery. I was a bit concerned about ordering plants online but have to say I have been been very impressed by the professional service received and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Roots again.

After having so many disappointing experiences with other online plant retailers, finally I have found somewhere that offers a truly quality service. I ordered a weeping cherry and clematis and they arrived in secure appropriate packing which meant they were delivered undamaged. The plants were so healthy and had clearly been grown with care. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again - thank you so much!!

Excellent plant excellent service
The vine arrived in excellent condition and was well packed with care. I was impressed by the fact the it had a couple of small bunches of very tasty grapes on it already. I thought it best to remove them while the plant becomes established in its new home. I found the “Plant on Tour” notice on the side of the package amusing and I’m sure the transporters would have found it funny as well. I’m sure anything that encourages them to take care of their deliveries is a good thing. I’m planting it today and am looking forward to seeing how it grows in the future. I know there is planting advice on your excellent site but a leaflet included in the delivery would have been appreciated. Even so excellent plant and excellent service.

Outstanding service, tree came very well packed and safe. The aftercare has been outstanding with constant updates and tips for our trees health and longevity. The tree is doing amazingly well, bearing fruit and new shoots and lovely shape that brings our decking area together
