As much as possible we want a click on Roots to feel like a trip around a nursery. Almost as if you were there with the grower, covered in mud and beaming with pride as they show you their plants, answer all your questions and gives you advice you didn't even know you needed!

Beautiful addition to the terrace
Easy to choose and order what I wanted from the website, accurate on delivery times, kept informed on progress of delivery. Was a present for a friend who was delighted and arrived looking exactly like the lovely specimen in the website picture.

Plants arrived in time
Plants arrived and were well packaged. However we feel the information in website is a little misleading with photos of more mature plants. We had hoped the plants would have been slightly more established at time of arriving.

I ordered an acer having seen the…
I ordered an acer having seen the picture and description of the tree on the website. I expected it to be tree shaped with a leader that would enable it to grow into a normal tree shape. Instead it had the main leader cut off and the two small sideshoots remaining also pruned so it cannot grow in a normal tree shape

AMAZING SERVICE
Very nice website and relatively easy to order. Had a small issue, which a very lovely lady called Sue, sorted out for me both on the phone and email.
