Excellent Service
We had an excellent service. In the storms a couple of weeks ago we lost one of our dry verge roof tiles. As the roof was 15 years old the tile was discontinued. The customer service team was very helpful, they managed to track down a tile. We can’t thank them enough, it would have meant a new dry verge if we couldn’t have matched the tile. This would have cost a great deal of money. Thank you Roofing Supplies.

Really sorry to hear you weren't happy with the prices. In my email to you I did explain these are dropped shipped from our supplier, which means we can be charged a premium on the product. The reason for the higher delivery is purely down to the 5m lengths of verge, sadly there's nothing we can do to get around this.
This review came off the back of your 5th order with us, all for the same products, if you had contacted us directly, we will always try to reduce the cost if we can. Especially for a repeat customer such as yourself. As mentioned I have refunded your last delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill for you due to your repeat custom.

Both myself and a member of our team have been in touch with you regarding this review.
The Klober Universal 20K tile vents you ordered do not come with the adaptors you required, there's nothing on the product page indicating that they do. On the bottom of the product page it stated 'Have you got everything you need?' and also shows the adaptors you required.
When I emailed you, I did mention that I thought the 1* review was unjust. However, I did give you free delivery - saving you £25.80 - as a good will gesture and you mentioned you would be willing to amend your review.

All good with this purchase excepting that there was no confirmatory email at time of purchase. This caused a bit of consternation about whether the order had gone through or not, particularly as it was the holiday period and the supplier was closed.
But all's well that ends well, so not really a problem.

Good service, happy to use them again
Straightforward, quick delivery, 100% correct, no damage and good communication. I chose Roofing Supplies after a bad experience with another online supplier. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but that proved a good investment. Unlike the other supplier, I will use them again.
