I felt safe using their web page it clear & informative,I only placed a small order but they treated me as though I had ordered a lorry load, informed me when it was on its way including day of delivery, which was spot on. will use them again.

Poor order tracking and customer service
Ordered isolated plasterboard on 3.11, awaiting for delivery but nothing arrived. 7.11 contacted with customer service and they informed me my order is cancelled did refound. It's delayed my job and made extra cost due to reshuffling plastering lads and inspection... Company definitely not look after costumers and orders, not recommended.
