Incredibly fast dispatch to outside UK; Correct price calculation without the VAT for international shipping; Shipping cost was adjusted after shipping and refund for the extra was completed immediately without even enquiring (or knowing) about it; website adjusts availability in real time so no surprises after order of the sorts “sorry it is not available”.

Great service and fast delivery. The camera was described as excellent condition. In my opinion it was near mint. The price was better than any other shop website I had looked at. The camera came with the manufactures battery pack grip, additional battery and a fast charger, all boxed up. I needed to clean the sensor and the manufacture strap was missing but these are minor points.

Notwithstanding that excellent service, I'd like to pull Robert White up about why everything they sell via Google search results show prices WITHOUT the VAT ?? giving them an apparent search advantage over all their competitors who obviously show the complete price (WITH vat)
I've tried reporting them to Google but nothing done yet.
Just sort it out RW, no-one else can advertise without VAT , your adverts stand out (probably deliberately) because the price shown in search results without VAT, you only find it out by clicking through to the product page, no-one else on the internet does (or can do) this ....
So you get minus points until you sort that out.

Hello Mike, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are already aware of the Google Shopping ads being displayed with an ex-VAT price. We are currently working with our website developer to rectify this so that the ads display with VAT. The product data for the ad feed is automatically supplied by the Google Content API. RW has always displayed pricing on our website with and without VAT as a large part of our business is B2B. Our new website shows the ex-VAT price first and this is causing the API to use that figure.
