The product was easy to find, and the assistant was excellent.

Only just received and assembled, so I can’t comment on how my bench will stand the test of time. It is thinner wood than I was expecting, but it was relatively cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. Delivery was good.

Trusted brand and quality tested product

Boston bedside tables arrived fast but are much darker than the picture and poor quality. It says on box you cannot return once opened but how do you know unless you open box? Took ages to put together as poorly made and drawer would not shut, my husband had to remake the inside so it would shut.

Don’t waste your money buy something else!

After placing my order online on 23/7/26 my Freestyle Rollator was delivered on 24/7/26. Brilliant service!

Quick delivery and well packed.
The plant was very poor all but one of the stems were dead and the remaining live stem was very weak and spindly and very few roots visible in the compost. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. Just hope it takes in the garden.

Corona 1 drawer coffee table. Arrived on time . Well packaged. Easy to put together by myself. Looks exactly as in picture. Would definitely order from Robert Dyas again.

Found this alternative on RD and orders it for collection. I’m really pleased with my alternative which I actually think is better than what I originally had ordered. Was cheaper, chairs are very comfortable and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Great product and excellent service fast delivery thanks

Good product available at a great price, easy to order, delivery as advised.
One issue was that a large label on the package showed a different address totally unrelated to me - luckily the delivery driver rang me to confirm delivery and I was able to give him my address. He complained that I had given the shipper the wrong address which was not the case, I have not idea why this other address was labelled on my order.

I was told repeatedly that I would be contacted to arrange delivery, but it turned up without notice late in the day when I didn’t have help to left the very heavy box. The box was damaged and I told the delivery driver who couldn’t have cared less.

Fantastic quality and value, excellent customer service and support, delivery guys were outstanding, very helpful.
