I was only browsing for ideas and ended up buying! So easy as everything was explained as how to care for the plants, where to position them and how much to water them…hopefully I can’t go wrong 🤞🏻

This item arrived well packaged. It was relatively easy to assemble and looks fantastic in our garden. It holds the brolly in a safe and secure manner and we were pleased to see that it had been made in France... rather than the usual China. The original stand which was supplied with the brolly had failed and we are confident that this is more robust. Fingers crossed!

A straightforward process. Easy to order, in store collection worked well.
The only reason I gave it 4 not 5 is that it originally showed in store collection on the 29th but when I went to order it said the 31st. I phoned the store and the central number but they said they couldn't do anything. In the end it arrived on the 30th though which was OK

Great customer care

Wanted an egg chair for the garden, and used Google Lens to show me exactly the same chair on Robert Dyas website but listed as £50 cheaper and with free p+p. Delivered via courier 4 days later. Chair is exactly what I wanted, and was happy to save almost 20% on the list price elsewhere!

The Dyas website stock check information suggested that the Really Useful Boxes I wanted to order were in stock and available for pickup within an hour at the Farnham branch. I therefore ordered them and paid little attention to the email warning about waiting for "order ready" confirmation before setting out. I didn't "misread" the stock info as my wife also read it the same way as me. We wasted a journey. The order couldn't be seen by the Farnham branch when we arrived there. They took nearly a week to arrive. I accept that waiting for the order confirmation is fairly standard practice, but the website encouraging the contrary is misleading, if not unprofessional. Furthermore, I empathise with the frustrated branch staff who seemingly have reported this website inadequacy several times, all to no avail. There must have been many others who had similar experiences. Yet another company that can't get its IT sorted out.

With the greenhouse as it would have been much easier other wise Ian happy with the greenhouse is it possible to have them sent to me please

Great selection of the very useful stuff. And staff (Solihull) are very helpful too, and you can't say that for a lot of shops these days in my experience.

Fairly quick postage and good value but for a £140 item the packaging was poor and damaged. Luckily item works but it was only packed in a single box that had been damaged in transit, also damaging the items box.

We're very pleased with our little garden table

We ordered a small item of furniture and found the whole experience very easy. We were advised it would arrive within five days and it arrived on the fifth day as expected. I asked for the item to be left in my garden and it was. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, thank you.

Good value product, easy to order and delivery on time. Brabantia rotary line not used yet as ground is too hard to sink spike.

Great little set - bistro table and chairs, seems well made and clear instructions on putting the table together. And for only £40. When I went in the store and asked if somebody could help me get the heavier part of the item to my car as I had a problem with my wrist, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Top marks to the East Grinstead store staff, thank you very much.
