We are very happy with our water filter jug. The water tastes much fresher and better, and we’ve noticed a real difference since we started using it. The quality is excellent, it’s easy to use, and we’re very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommended!

Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and served me quickly. I wasn't sure if Citric Acid was stocked so I asked at the till. I was told yes they do, and where to find it. Managed to go straight to it, back to the till, and was served very quickly in a very friendly manner. Now I have a very clean, white loo, achieved with no nasty chemicals.

Canopy well priced. Easy to set up. It's actually got three sides, not two. Nice and big. Perfect for this hot weather.
Quick delivery.....

Ordered a gas BBQ, which when delivered was badly damaged. Customer services arranged a collection of the BBQ but could not deliver a replacement at the same time.
Come collection day, the couriers had no record of the collection so another date had to be organised.
I was offered a refund so ordered a replacement BBQ which was delivered undamaged but with the hose and regulator missing. When contacting customer services I was told, they cannot issue missing parts but they would give me a refund so I could go and purchase my own hose and regulator.
No complaints about the customer services staff they were very helpful but would not use this company again.

Love the helpful staff, only annoyed by the overzealous security fixture that requires staff intervension to open, especially as there is a lack of staffing to help.

The wardrobe for my soon to arrives grandsons nursery, was delivered with damage to both wardrobe doors, I filed a complaint on the evening of the 23rd July, and followed up with a phone call at approximately 8.15 am on the 24th July. Despite the assurances from the call handler, I have yet to receive a response. This is despite their claims that enquiries are normally responded to within 72 hours AT THE LATEST

Ordered churnet valley bbq hut and bbq table. Communication from Robert Dyas regarding delivery was not great, after delivery date given and items not arrived I ended up contacting the delivery company myself. Given another delivery date and items still didn't arrive. Back and forth with emails to Robert Dyas and delivery company for a couple of days until finally my order arrived. The delivery driver was great and couldn't understand why I hadn't received my order before as he was less than 5 mins away on the day I was expecting it, yet it was on another van! However when my items arrived they were well packaged and in good order. A couple of hours of construction and I have to say the quality is great especially for the price. I'd definitely shop with Robert Dyas again, despite the stress of the delivery. Maybe just improve your communication with customers and consider a different delivery company as they seem to be unreliable.

Poor communication and delivery. I ordered 2 pots of paint, available and paid for, a week later I only received 1 pot and excuses about the second. Don't accept the order if you cant fulfil it !!

Ordered 2 Seater Chair Set With Footstools paid extra for named day deliver which was Tueday 28th never showed up. Checked DX tracking said it was going to be late now arriving Wednesday 29th. Guess what never showed up? Checked DX tracking again and it said it was being returned to sender quoting a postcode which is definately not mine. Chatted with Customer service who told me it was going to be delivered to day Thursday 30th even though tracking says return to sender with nothing about re-delivery. Still nothing at present and I am not holding my breath this is absolutely horrendous customer service and a total delivery foul up!
