Great service and best price
Great service and best price. I shopped around speaking to several audio outlets. Richer Sounds Middlesbrough was not only the best price but the only one that took the time to make sure my order would work for my situation. Would definitely use again.

The guy in the shop, I think his name may have been Dave, was pleasant & very knowledgeable. I've shopped with Richer Sounds numerous times over the years & always found the staff to be the same. I went out of the shop feeling that if anything should go wrong with the product I'd just purchased, there would be the back up to resolve any issues. I thoroughly recommend making this company your first port of call when purchasing Hifi or any other home entertainment equipment.

Middlesbrough Richer Sounds
Ordered a Pure H4i Internet/DAB+ radio click and collect for next day collection. I was informed when it was available to collect from the Middlesbrough store. Upon collection, was served promptly by polite staff as always.

Very helpful and honest
The staff member was very helpful and honest with their service. He suggested some upgrade options for to my old TVs rather than jumping in to sell me a new one I might not have needed.
I did want to replace one TV and try the upgrades. He helped me select the right TV for my needs, nothing to high a spec or at a huge price which is a great approach from them.

New TV for bedroom
Ordered a TV for bedroom on Thursday and picked it up on Friday from Middlesbrough store. Staff are super friendly and efficient. The TV was good value as usual, we have been buying TVs from Richer Sounds for many years now and really like the choice and value for money as well as the free six year warranty
