10 years after buying my last TV from richer sounds I returned to but my new TV and was shocked to have been served by the same guy. Knowledgeable and great customer service backed by a great warranty makes it a no brainer.

The personal touch goes a long way
The store manager was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Very patient and worked out a decent deal on our purchase. Then my order arrived a day early so a positive experience from start to finish

A charming young man went to great trouble to secure me the very last RC for my old OPPO Blu-Ray, I had been looking at one on Ebay for £300 and he got me a new one for £25! I can't use my player without the RC as it is on a very low unit and I am disabled so getting down on my knees simply isn't an option. I have recently had an appalling experience with John Lewis and Miele which left me without a fridge, or my £1400, for over 7 months. They treated me with complete contempt playing pass the parcel with the blame, so I REALLY do know what good customer service looks like, and I got it at Richer Sounds!

The service was fantastic. Delivery driver was very pleasant and prompt. The 6 year guarantee is a game changer!

Rang up checked TV was in stock, drove over parked at the side of the store went in paid for the item, helped to the car with it, and job done.
Great value best price around and free sound bar arrived next day as it wasn’t in stock. Great customer service and 6 year warranty to boot what’s not to love about Richer Sounds

Great Service as Usual
Spoke to David and explained what we were looking for, helped us choose the right TV for our refurbished kitchen. Probably the 5th TV we have had from Richer Sounds. Only disappointment was their delivery partner who to be honest has been very hard work!!

The advisor who served us was great
The advisor who served us was great. He let us browse and didn't pressure us. We left the shop and came back later and asked to buy some speakers but he advised us to buy something else which turned out to be perfect for us. Customer service at it's best!
