I was truly concerned to read your comments and have since investigated with the store what has happened with your click and collect order.
The item was available for collection at the store the very next day following your order, as promised in the delivery information we send customers, however the store team didn't call you to let you know which admittedly they should have. I have since spoken to the store manager, who I understand has called you directly to resolve, and he has promised to do better next time. I've arranged to improve the systems they use to notify customers also.
In the meantime, I have left you a voice mail with my details on so if you would like to discuss things further please do get in touch..

I recently purchased a Denon AVR-X2800H from the Richer Sounds Liverpool store and couldn't be happier with the service I received.
A special thanks to Diego and the rest of the team for their patience, advice and professionalism throughout the process. I spent quite a bit of time comparing different AV receivers, speakers and prices, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy. Every question I had was answered promptly and honestly, and they were happy to provide quotes while I weighed up my options.
The communication was excellent from start to finish,
It's refreshing to deal with a retailer that genuinely puts customer service first. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Liverpool store to anyone looking for hi-fi or home cinema equipment.

The staff were all helpful and…
The staff were all helpful and friendly, they were very patient with our lack of knowledge about modern technology. They suggested equipment that would complement and enhance our existing system, it was demonstrated in store so that we were confident it would meet our needs. With the support of the staff during setup it is now performing well in our home.

I contacted customer service and telesales, they were both awful. However, when I contacted your Liverpool branch directly everything changed. The service was great and product knowledge superb. The item I ordered arrived the following day.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I'm extremely happy with my denon avr-s770hgb and DX-3 speakers purchase, i also bought some very good quality cables that they recommended too and i was not disappointed.

Excellent customer service and very good advice and recommendations.
I always feel that at richer Sounds, I’m given advice that most clearly fits my requirements . The equipment I’ve bought there has proved to be well-suited to my wishes and needs, and when I’ve had difficulties with new equipment, the shop has given me excellent after sale support. The people in R/S are very knowledgeable and have a really positive attitude towards customers. It’s a shop I enjoy visiting, and trust.
