Richer Sounds - Liverpool Reviews 

I have had the pleasure of buying audio and TV products from Richer Sounds in the past and I recently needed some new speakers for my system, so I immediately thought of them. The customer service is great. The shop in Liverpool has a cosy sound room to test out equipment and the guys are very knowledgeable, so it was a good experience all round (and so were the speakers!) I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them again. Good work, lads.

Ordered on website on the Friday expecting to pick it up next working day in store, Saturday. Website did not advise that due to the contract with DPD they don't do store deliveries on weekends. If I knew this I would've just arranged for home delivery, due to the fact the store shuts at 5pm on weekdays and well, everyone else works to that time too, which would mean only available time to pick up would be the following Saturday. However luckily I was able to leave work early on the Monday and rush to the store before it shut at 5. The website needs to make it clear that store delivery does not include weekends. Now that aside, the lads at the store were fantastic when I picked it up, helping carry the speakers, they were large, out to the car. So to sum up, staff brilliant, website needs to be more clear about the delivery to store option.

You know you're going to get a first class service when dealing with Richer Sounds - I personally don't bother going anywhere else.

The staff were very helpful, including when I had to phone to ask for some technical assistance. Very pleased with the amp I bought. Great to be able to shop on the high street for hifi separates.

I made my order to be collected in the Liverpool store. The whole process was simple and I received a call from the shop when my order was ready to be collected.

Diego spent the best part of an hour with me discussing all the options I had. In the end he recommended me a product that is perfect for me and cost way less than I expected to pay. The service was very personal and it was nice speaking with someone who knew their subject.

The guys I spoke to were really nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Going out of the way to make sure I received my amplifier on Saturday was much appreciated (as I don't drive)..

All queries relating to my purchase of the oled tv where answered with excellent knowledge of the TV by the staff at Liverpool.

Richer Sounds have always been fabulous.... I don't even bother looking elsewhere anymore as they are always: cheaper, friendlier and more helpful.
I can't think of many places that would rather sell you the thing that meets your requirements than oversell something you just don't need... Their focus on value & customer needs has kept me a return customer for almost 30 years!
